Kanda Beach Villa 2 is one of 2 4 bedroom beachfront villas situated within in a 5 star villa resort and 5 minutes drive away of the renowned town of Chaweng with it's tourist shops, an abundance of restaurants and night life. Choeng Mon beach and village on the quieter side is are just 5 minutes drive away in the opposite direction.
The villa has 3 pavilions housing the living area, the master bedroom and the 3 guest bedrooms
The living pavilion is the hub of the villa and has large teak framed sliding doors on 2 sides of the room opening out to the pool courtyard area and provides for a light and airy open plan living area. The dining area has a dining set which seats 8 and the lounge area has comfortable sofas.
The room is tastefully furnished with thai artifacts,attractive bright coloured soft furnishings and thai art wall hangings and for your entertainment there is a flat screen satellite TV/DVD player and music centre
The fully equipped kitchen is towards the back of the room but you still have the sea views whilst you cook!
The huge courtyard area is ideal for lounging in the sun or relaxing under the umbrellas dipping in and out of the 10m infinity edge pool which melts into the ocean. The pool is installed with high end UV cleaning system to minimize the use of chemicals and is therefore kids and environmentally friendly.
To one side of the pool overlooking the beach is a cool dining sala furnished with a table and chairs and perfect for al fresco dining. On the other side of the pool and close to the living pavilion is another cool sala which is typical of thai living with a mattress and thai triangular cushions which is a great retreat away from the sun where you can relax and read.
Steps lead down from the pool area to a large lawn garden area bordered with flowering shrubs which is rare in Thailand and is an ideal venue for a wedding or a safe area for kids to play on.
Across from the pool on the right there is an ocean facing pavilion comprising of 2 identical bedrooms sharing a terrace overlooking the beach one having an en suite with an outside shower and the other sharing the house bathroom.
Towards the rear there is a further double bedroom with twin beds which can also be made up to be a double bed. This bedroom also has an en suite with an outside shower.
The master bedroom ensuite is in it's own spacious pavilion on the left hand side of the pool with an en-suite bathroom with a separate shower enclosure, an additional outside shower and a bathtub.
Similar to the other pavilion the bedroom has sea views and a balcony which has a day bed in the corner ideal for relaxing to enjoy the stunning views.
Breakfast served in the oceanfront restaurant beside th swimming pool and guests have full use of the gym and kayaks.
