The study / TV media room has a 40 inch TV with a Bose home theatre lifestyle music system, which is distributed in the living Room, pool Deck, sala area and the kitchen breakfast room.

There is a garden for sitting out to enjoy the sunshine and sunbathe. The study has a sofabed which can be converted to a queens size bed (if required as an additional sleeping area to Sleep 12) and has an adjoining bathroom with private shower, single basin and WC.
