A secure entrance leads into an impressive display of lawned grounds surrounded by various pavilions and salas centred by the super large swimming pool flanked with sun loungers and parasols.

The main centre pavilion accommodates the living areas which is a picture of elegance - beautifully furnished with comfy sofas and brightly coloured cushions and stunning artwork hanging from the walls. The formal dining room has a table seating 12 and the cinema room/entertainment has a wide screen TV and a games console. A fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar provides yet more seating.

Fold back doors the whole length of this pavilion open out to a covered terrace  furnished with further sofa seating, a dining set seating 12 and other occasional furniture all embrace the concept of outdoor tropical living.

At poolside cushioned seating provides further relaxation in sunken square cushioned seating as well as a dinng sala overlooking the ocean furnished with a circular table and chairs.

Situated at the point of a headland the turquoise waters are in easy reach of Laenson 1 with a pathway and stone steps leading down to the waters edge and a private beach area. There is a large viewing platform with seating on the rocks ideal to have sunset drinks with your family /friends.

2 minutes walk away from the villa you will find Hua beach - yet another private beach perfect for dipping your toes in or letting the children roam in and catch crabs etc.. 

3 of the double bedrooms have their own en suite luxury bathrooms, 2 double bedrooms share a bathroom and has an attached nannys room) and the 6th bedroom has an ensuite with shower.

Laemson 1 is 5 minutes from the village which has restaurants, bars and good shops. Phuket town has 500,000 inhabitants and there are world class shopping centers, like Tesco, Carrefour, etc. So nearly all foreign food is available besides from the wonderful and diversified Thai kitchen. 

There are snake farms, a zoo, elephant rides, a waterpark, etc. A great Las Vegas directed Thai culture show which both children and adults love, at 10 minutes from the house.

There are 5 golf courses on Phuket, one, at 30 minutes from the house is rated as one of the world's top ten (red mountain). A number of 5 and 6 star hotels with top restaurants are within 30 minutes again.

House is fully staffed with English speaking head of staff/cook, two maids and driver (all in uniform).
