Depending on availability at the time of booking, Lime Samui 10 includes a combination of two villas selected from Villa Spice, Villa Splash and Villa Zest. Each residence is positioned within the estate’s elevated coconut-covered hillside setting and enjoys panoramic west-coast sunset views across the Gulf of Thailand towards Ang Thong Marine Park and the Five Islands.
Guests benefit from the privacy of two fully independent luxury villas, each offering its own infinity swimming pool, spacious indoor and outdoor living areas, private chef service and dedicated villa staff. STANDARD CANCELLATION POLICY
If it becomes necessary to cancel all or any part of the booking, the villa management must be notified in writing (email acceptable). The cancellation will take effect from the day the written is received confirmation
The following cancellation charges are applicable depending on when the notification of the cancellation is received in writing and the period of stay.
The below cancellation charges also apply if the Villa Management cancels the booking due to non-payment of the balance If the dates of the booking require to be amended, this may be treated as a cancellation of the original booking and cancellation charges may apply.
Any change to the original reservation is subject to the approval of the villa management Early departure penalty will be subject to negotiation with our Manager on Koh Samui.
Low, High and Peak Seasons: 30 days or more before arrival date: All Payments are forfeited but credited for 9 months from the date of the cancellation confirmation by the villa management The credit can be used by the client or anyone on their behalf for any reservation during any period and solely for the villa initially reserved subject to availability of the villa.
Within 30 days of arrival date: All rental payments are forfeited. A full or partial refund is solely applicable if the villa management secures a reservation fully or partially covering the initial booking.
Christmas and New year Period: For any cancellation after the deposit and/or balance payment All payments are forfeited and a full or partial refund is solely applicable if the villa management secures a reservation partially or fully covering the initial booking
The town of Nathon is the main administrative centre of Koh Samui located on the west coast where local government offices and the state hospital are situated as well as the main car ferry port where the ferry and fast catamarans leave for the mainland and the islands in between. Probably the best tourist shopping on the island compared with the main tourist areas such as Chaweng and Bophut.
