Villa Zest is a luxury villa spread over 3 levels with a striking contemporary design located in a dramatic hillside location overlooking the picturesque ferry port and administrative town of Nathon on the west coast of Koh Samui. The villa offers some of the most spectacular 180 degree sea and sunset views in Thailand taking in the beautiful Angthong Marine Park and the famous Five Islands.
The property features expansive living areas, five bedrooms, a pool sala, a fully equipped gym, a study with its own comfortable terrace and children's play area.
The spacious main living floor has multifunctional living areas that open directly onto the wide pool decks of the huge infinity edge swimming pool being the main focal point of this level. The pool is flanked by white decking furnished with ample sun loungers. A cool sala furnished with a dining set for al fresco dining is perched at one end of the pool. An outdoor entertainment area with a BBQ, kitchen and an open air lounge with comfy sofas is located behind the sala.
The Indoor living rooms combine a comfortable lounge, dining area and fully fitted western kitchen, each one positioned at different levels connected by steps. Comfortable sofas in the sunken living space are poised before a wall mounted, flat screen TV, while a 10-seater dining table awaits evening meals prepared in the modern, luxury fitted kitchen and fine vintage kept cool in the enormous wine fridge. The entire space slides open onto the pool deck maintaining a constant connection with the dramatic ocean views. Stairs lead up to an office lounge with iMac computer and a telescope, as well as sofas indoors and outdoors on the balcony.
Sleep comes easily at Lime Samui Villa 4 with 4 bright, breezy master bedrooms and a children's room close to the living and dining area. The children's room has been kitted out with flat screen TV suitable for 3D movies and Sony Playstation games, as well as several large beanbags for the kids to laze around on. Outside, a trampoline and play area will keep the children happy for hours.
Additional appealing amenities for children over 5 years old include an adventure playground with two tree-houses, a zip-line, monkey bars and a rope bridge (parental supervision is advised).
To complete the facilities of this villa is a fully equipped gym and an 8 seater luxury SUV which comes with a driver and is included in the villa rental rate.

STANDARD CANCELLATION POLICY
If it becomes necessary to cancel all or any part of the booking, the villa management must be notified in writing (email acceptable). The cancellation will take effect from the day the written is received confirmation
The following cancellation charges are applicable depending on when the notification of the cancellation is received in writing and the period of stay.
The below cancellation charges also apply if the Villa Management cancels the booking due to non-payment of the balance If the dates of the booking require to be amended, this may be treated as a cancellation of the original booking and cancellation charges may apply.
Any change to the original reservation is subject to the approval of the villa management Early departure penalty will be subject to negotiation with our Manager on Koh Samui.
Low, High and Peak Seasons: 30 days or more before arrival date: All Payments are forfeited but credited for 9 months from the date of the cancellation confirmation by the villa management The credit can be used by the client or anyone on their behalf for any reservation during any period and solely for the villa initially reserved subject to availability of the villa.
Within 30 days of arrival date: All rental payments are forfeited. A full or partial refund is solely applicable if the villa management secures a reservation fully or partially covering the initial booking.
Christmas and New year Period: For any cancellation after the deposit and/or balance payment All payments are forfeited and a full or partial refund is solely applicable if the villa management secures a reservation partially or fully covering the initial booking
The town of Nathon is the main administrative centre of Koh Samui located on the west coast where local government offices and the state hospital are situated as well as the main car ferry port where the ferry and fast catamarans leave for the mainland and the islands in between.
