On entering the villa you certainly have the wow factor looking straight ahead at the huge swimming pool beyond which are amazing sea views across to Chaweng bay and the small island of Koh Matlang.
The impressive entrance walkway leads past a water feature to an open reception area with a long bar counter with stools and a collection of contemporary style super large daybeds bordering the 25m pool which features submerged seating and an underwater sound system with speakers.

Steps lead up from the pool area to the open plan central living area. The lounge is set in a sala type environment perfect for tropical living and is closest to the views and pool. There is ample sofa seating for 20 and is surrounded by a reflection pool on 3 sides. Motorised blinds can be operated to enhance privacy, or control the elements if needed.
Behind the lounge area is a long dining table, served by an open-plan show kitchen. A separate staff kitchen to the rear provides unobtrusive catering.

All 7 en-suite bedrooms are equipped with satellite LCD TV/DVD players with access to a central movie and music server and ipod dock stations are also provided. All bedrooms are extremely private and furnished with king size beds, built-in wardrobes, personal safe and a mini-bars. Five of the bedrooms feature private lawn gardens with large jacuzzi's.

The entire villa is wired for sound, with individual zones controlled by iPad. WiFi internet connection is also available throughout the property.
