The Residence is one of our newest and finest Koh Samui luxury appointed villas. Located on a quiet stretch of beautiful Maenam beach the villa is fully staffed offering a holiday equivalent to having a luxury hotel all to yourselves.
This stunning and spacious property is made up of 2 x 7 bedroom luxury villas which with the aid of a retracting walls open up to provide a super large villa providing a great entertainment venue for families and friends for events such as weddings and anniversaries in addition to having facilities for corporate events.
The villa is approached by a driveway to the majestic entrance of this vast building. Double timber doors,enchanting lotus ponds and elegant Thai-inspired artwork greet you on arrival.
Fourteen spacious en-suite double and twin rooms stretch out in front of you surrounded by landscaped gardens, patio areas and a luxuriant lawn. Large windows and sliding doors feature throughout to allow plenty of natural light during the day. And the rooms have indoor and private outdoor showers, double vanity units and the interconnecting rooms have sunken baths.
Children have their own separate living rooms, with a 40 inch flat-screen TV, and en-suite bunk room and on the upper floor you'll find the fitness centre, sauna room, outdoor massage sala, a second outdoor sala for relaxing and taking in the vista, a pantry and shower facilities.
In front of the Master Suites the 15m by 5m private swimming pools, filled with mineralised treated water, sits above the golden sands of Maenam beach. The extensive front lawn, pool and patio area is elevated high enough over the 19.3m beach frontage to give you magnificent views without allowing passers-by to look in. A large covered terrace can accommodate dining facilities for a large number of persons as well as the two individual poolside salas which has a dining set seating up to 14 personsh with the latest outdoor barbecue equipment, a bar fridge and surround sound speakers.
The extensive central living rooms also have magnificent Thai wood dining tables each seating 14, a wall-mounted flat-screen TV (as do all the bedrooms), comfy sofas, a fully-fitted Western kitchens with access to the large Thai kitchens where the chefs will prepare your meals.
Behind the living pavilions and close to the bedrooms there is a 250 grass area which is ideal for quiet relaxation, outdoor games or banqueting for up to 120 guests.
A Villa Manager and several staff members live on site and are on-call, there's round-the-clock security, free Wi-Fi throughout the villa, underground car-parking and it's just a short stroll into Maenam village.
Weddings & Events
With a quiet golden sand beach, 42.7m of beach frontage and a stunning backdrop of the neighbouring islands The Residence is one of our most popular villas for the larger wedding.
Ceremonies can be on the beach or on the lawns and a covered terrace overlooking the swimming pools provide a perfect spot for dining.
A wedding or event at The Residence can be hosted and catered for up to 100 guests seated indoor or outdoor and 120 guests standing.
There is no charge for holding a wedding or event at the villas, only a setup fee inclusive of the furniture, linens, cutlery & crockery needed for the wedding day.
The residence has it's own dedicated wedding planner on site and all weddings & events are tailor made to fit your needs and desires. With different dining options, entertainment, decorations and special touches to create a unique occasion for you. It is also fine to have arranged a separate wedding planner that would liaise with the onsite coordinator with regard to arrangements
There is an extensive catering menu with talented in-villa chef’s who will prepare the perfect meal for your special occasion.

CANCELLATION AND AMENDMENTS TO RESERVATION
The client must notify the resort in writing (email acceptable) in case it becomes necessary to cancel all or any part of the booking. Such cancellation will take affect from the day the written confirmation is received.
The following cancellation charges will be applicable depending on when the notification of the cancellation is received in writing and the period of stay in the property
High, Intermediate and prime seasons 14 days before arrival date:
Forfeiture of all deposits shall be subject to be credited for 12 months from the date of the cancellation confirmation by the results reservation department. Such credit can be used by the client or anyone on the clients behalf for any reservation during any period and solely for the property initially reserved
Within 14 days of arrival date:
All payments will be forfeited
Maenam is centrally located on the north coast of Koh Samui and west of Bophut.
