Villa Kalyana is an absolutely stunning villa with the most wonderful people that make your stay/event so, so special. Truly a once in a lifetime experience for us!

My partner and I have international families so when we started planning our wedding we knew we wanted somewhere that would be special as we’d be unlikely to be able to get both families together again.

We found Villa Kalyana via google and it looked amazing in the pictures, but it’s even better in real life. Words cannot do justice to the absolutely gorgeous venue and experience.
We enquired via email and Rebecca, the villa manager responded to us within a day.
She was so helpful and knowledgeable. She made the whole process very simple. She supported us by providing vendor lists and ideas for activities or entertainment. She was always very responsive and very conscious of our budget. She kept an eye on everything and always had a recommendation if we’re unsure or didn’t have any ideas ourselves. She made our stay/wedding so special. We can’t thank her and her team enough.

Kalyana is a 5star experience all round. The people are so friendly and helpful, the food was delicious and catered to multiple dietary requirements. The location is beautiful, it’s truly a paradise that words cannot accurately describe. The accommodation is so clean and beautiful, the rooms are very spacious with lots of authentic Thai interiors.

We brought some pool floaties with us and they had them all blown up and placed on the pools before we had even gotten changed into our swim wear.

Every day of our stay was beautiful and calm, even our wedding day. Rebecca and her team had organised everything from lunch for both bride and groom parties, to the drinks they brought in at just the right moment for the photographers.

Rebecca’s relationship with each of the vendors made everything extra special as well, she was able to just send a text asking to book the photographer we wanted (out of a list of many vendors) and within 2 minutes he had replied and it was booked. She did this via one of the many video calls we had to discuss what we wanted for the wedding.

Every part of our wedding day was incredible, Rebecca had organised the order of the day and she and her team went above and beyond to keep things organised, enjoyable and the pace of the day was perfect. She even took a few photos on her phone whilst we were doing the professional photos. This was a really lovely touch as she sent them to us the next day so we had some before the professional ones were ready.

When it came time to go, none of us wanted to leave! I’m sure they have the same thing with all the guests.

Our guests couldn’t stop commenting on how beautiful the occasion was and how special Rebecca and her team had made it. We can’t thank them enough.

The place is beautiful, the service is impeccable, the food was great. The real gem though was Rebecca, who was an absolutely incredible wedding planner and partner in planning our event. STOP scrolling! If you are reading this review, then you have already found the perfect wedding venue! Trust me!

We found Villa Kalyana 18 months ago on a Google search, visited 12 months ago to see the venue for ourselves and celebrated our wedding 2 weeks ago, booking all 3 wings of the resort.

It was beyond our wildest dreams! The location and setting is spectacular. From the pools, to the lush green, tropical setting, to the beach. Rain or shine, it manages to be picture perfect (and we had both on our celebration day).

The Villas feel luxe and offer enough variations that you can cater to the many different types of guests. We had singles, couples and even families attend ours, and there is a room to suit each type. The public areas are beautifully kept, with an intimate feeling that felt more like a home away from home, rather than a resort.

In terms of the staff, Rebecca, Mae and Beau have been with us on this journey from the very first meeting, and they and the whole Kalyana team delivered a seamless experience. Present without being obstructive, their help took away the stress of remotely planning a destination wedding, and when the inevitable bumps in the road came, their boundless professionalism and practiced grace made them so inconsequential that we barely even registered that they had happened at all.

I have never stayed anywhere like this in my life…. And I have stayed in some gorgeous places. This villa and the staff are incredible. The rooms are massive , spotless and absolutely everything has been thought of. The communal areas likewise. The food was very high quality and guest preferences were taken on board. The staff at breakfast learned our coffee preferences after one day and automatically brought them. We were there for my brothers wedding and it was hands down the best wedding I’ve ever been too thanks to the attention of the staff and other people involved. It made the most incredible setting for vows and a party. If I ever get the opportunity to come back I’ll be there in a heartbeat! Thankyou to Rebecca, Mai and all the other staff for an incredible 6 days!

If I could give Villa Kalyana more than a 5-star review, I would!

My wife and I got married at this magical villa and they created a memory of a lifetime for us.

At every opportunity they over delivered! Rebecca held our hand so graciously through the planning process and guided us toward an experience our guests and ourselves will never forget. We were so happy to leave calling Rebecca our friend.

Her right hand girl Beau was also there to assist at any moment. They both coordinated every detail of the process and made it so easy on us as we focused on getting our entire group from the USA to Thailand. Their vendors were vetted top to bottom and delivered far more than we envisioned.

When we arrived to the villa (in comfortable private cars coordinated by them) the property and setting was breathtaking, we would not ever want to leave. Our guests were in awe as we settled into our rooms. Mae was there to tirelessly attend to all of our guests requests. She and her staff were so impressive as they tended to us all. They were incredible.

The daily food was at our discretion and prepared to perfection. The wedding night food topped any wedding I have attended. I could not recommend this place any higher. If you are considering it for your wedding or other event, this is your spot, it's truly special. The best week of our lives — truly unforgettable!
We had our wedding at Villa Kalyana with 45 of our closest family and friends staying onsite, and it was honestly the most magical experience we could have ever imagined. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away — the location is breathtaking, tucked away in a private, tropical paradise right on the beach. The villa itself is beautiful and spacious, perfect for a big group, and every corner felt like a dream.

What made it truly special, though, was the incredible team at Villa Kalyana. Rebecca, the villa manager, made everything run seamlessly — calm, kind, organised and so efficient. The attention to detail was unmatched. Beau and Mae were absolute rockstars; nothing was ever too much trouble, and they went out of their way to make every guest feel welcome and cared for. The entire staff felt like family by the end of the week.

Our wedding was everything we dreamed of and more — full of laughter, love, and unforgettable moments. We’re still getting messages from our guests saying it was the best wedding they’ve ever been to.

We can’t fault a single thing. Villa Kalyana will always hold a very special place in our hearts ♥?

We stayed at Villa Kalyana for 4 nights with 40 guests (plus 6 kids) to celebrate our wedding… it was more perfect than words can describe. We will treasure the memories from this stay for the rest of our lives. A stunning location, with very friendly and competent staff, delicious food, and spacious modern and clean facilities! The villa, the food, the beach, and most importantly the staff! Every single aspect of our stay was more perfect than I could have hoped for!

We decided we wanted to get married on a beach somewhere private but didn't have a destination in mind. One day I came across Villa Kalyana on a random google search and thought it must be too good to be true, but reached out to Rebecca anyway. From that very first zoom intro I knew it was meant to be. Rebecca and her team were so helpful as we planned our dream wedding, they were able to accommodate every little idea we had to perfection.

Every guest was as blown away as we were saying it was the best wedding they had ever been too. The beach is beautiful and completely private, the villa is more stunning than in the photos and the food was so delicious. If you are considering a beach/destination wedding, look no further. I can't wait till we have a reason to do another large group event just so we can go back to the villa!

Where do I begin... My husband and I wanted a place where our two groups of friends and family could truly become one. We spent four days living in the ultimate 5-Star luxury that Villa Kalyana bosts... not only is the Villa absolutely INCREDIBLE, the staff were absolutely amazing and so insanely accomodating. Truly, this wedding could not have existed were it not specifically for Villa Kalyana's Event Coordinator, Rebecca Allen. From the my very first contact with Rebecca I felt I was in great hands. I asked a LOT of Rebecca and her team, and even still they went above and beyond what we could have ever imagined to be possible. We had four days of events, wedding included, and I can honestly say that both my husband and I were COMPLETELY relaxed and carefree the entire time. That my friends, is almost completely unheard of. Rebecca is a ninja. She is organised, prompt, creative, to the point and one hundred percent commited to creating the most memorable day(s) of your life. In short - the wedding planner of your dreams. To this day our wedding is still talked about, and will remain iconic. Styled to perfection, seemless flow and presentation, and the most exquisite of accomodations. Rest assured you will never regret your time at Villa Kalyana! Whether its a wedding, retreat, family/friends holiday - it really is the best place on this EARTH!

What a fantastic place! The fine detail that goes into making each of the many impressive “salas” is astonishing, the food is fantastic and the service exceeds all expectations!

I brought our group of ~35+ high level entrepreneurs and the feedback from everyone was just incredible.

Absolutely on-point from preparation, to venue, to execution

Hosted our dream wedding here. Rebecca helped organize planning from beginning to end, including everything from decor, rooms, meals, media, entertainment, etc. The size of venue is perfect if you have a medium to large group (can fit around 50 people), as everything is within walking distance (unlike some venues are so large need to take a cart to get anywhere, inconvenient). We had a very specific style our decor, sent exactly what we wanted to Rebecca, and she absolutely nailed it! At first we were worried decor might not be executed the way we wanted, or there'd be some little issues somewhere, but literally the entire stay was executed on point! Not a SINGLE complaint! Especially for something that is usually stressful with the amount of planning and people involved, we were surprisingly stress-free with the planning and execution of Rebecca. The food was great as well, we get to decide what we wanted beforeand. Rooms were also very nice - exotic Thai style - with cleaners every day. Transport was also easy, shuttles could easily be arranged, and there were more than enough scooters for us to use. We also spent a lot of time in the pool, and they provided a lot of toys/floaters for us to use! Great secluded privacy too. And lastly, their pricing is VERY competitive, especially for what you get out of it! If you're thinking of planning an amazing wedding or corporate event without going over the top in budget, this is the place to be. Thank you again Rebecca and Villa Kalyana!

A month ago today we had our wedding in Villa Kalyana. We can’t put into words how incredible the day was and our whole 5 day stay at the Villa. Rebecca, Mam, Sonya and every single member of staff were just fantastic and genuinely wanted us all to have a perfect time. The love and attention they showed to all the children in our party was so lovely. We were pretty nervous about arranging a wedding party and Villa stay of 5 nights from so far away in the UK for 50 adults and children who didn’t all know each other! Rebecca instantly puts your mind at ease throughout all the planning and as soon as you walk through that hallway entrance to the villa on that first day, it’s so overwhelming how stunning the location and facilities are and across all 5 days how amazing the food was! We honestly wouldn’t change a thing about our whole experience and all our guests have said the same (so much they are all pushing for a reunion out there again!) Amazing location, superb caring service

Villa Kalyana is a dream! The location couldn't be better, villas are amazing, even the smallest details are so well thought. But if the accommodations were great, what really marked the difference was the loving caring attentions of their wonderful staff. Thanks Rebecca and your team, it was an unforgettable stay and I'm dreaming to come back again.

Amazing wedding venue and wedding planner!!

As soon as I walked through the palms trees and entered Kalyana I knew this was the place I wanted to get married. The grounds are rustic and luxurious at the same time and the beach simply took my breath away. There was a feeling of calmness and serenity which is difficult to describe and does not come across in the photos, but gave it the edge over all the other venues we looked at (and we looked at A LOT!).

We first ‘met’ Becky over Skype and then in person when we arrived on the island. Being an international couple, she allowed us to express our individuality through the little details and guided us where we needed ideas. She was willing to try anything we suggested and even managed to pull off a surprise boat arrival for me and my dad, which was absolutely incredible. She took care of every single detail and added in plenty of little extras and surprises that we were not expecting!

On the day, we were guided through the proceedings seamlessly, not having to think or worry about anything at all. From start to finish, everything was perfect and we genuinely had the best day of our lives!

For the four days we stayed at Kalyana, the staff were fantastic, taking care of our every need. The food was outstanding and mostly importantly, no one was ever left without a drink in their hand. Somehow, they manage to make you feel completely at home but also well looked after. From babysitters, to hairdressers nothing was too much trouble. We absolutely fell in love with Mam and Sonja and felt like they were part of our family! There were tearful goodbyes as we climbed into the minivans at the end of it all, no one wanted to leave!

We will always remember the amazing experience we had at Kalyana and can only hope to be able to return in the future (if we can get a booking!!).
