Mermaid villa is a spacious property with a private swimming pool located in a quiet area a few steps from the waters edge and within 5 -10 minutes walk to the village of Srtithanu offering a choice of restaurants and bars.
One of a cluster of 3 well managed properties a short stroll from each other the 5 bedroom Mermaid villa has stunning sea views and offers a perfect retreat for the larger family or a group of friends and the spacious outdoor pool terrace is ideal for a wedding or family celebrations with the amazing backdrop of the west facing bay.
The villa is entered from the parking area above the villa though large wooden gates leading straight on to the pool terrace looking out across Srithanu Bay.
The 17m pool has coloured lights for the added extra atmosphere and underwater seating /jacuzzi in the centre to sit in and relax with a cocktail and to enjoy the sunsets over the islands. The surrounding spacious terrace is furnished with various sunloungers, parasols and hammocks and a cool dining sala at one end for al fresco dining. A BBQ is available for your use or for the staff to cook for you and there is a large selection of outside lights to create different moods.
The villa is entered through the main open plan living room though glass doors that fold back completely the whole length of the room providing the indoor/outdoor living concept.
Different interior mood lighting, large ceiling fans hanging from the high vaulted ceiling, specially commissoned art work and handcrafted furniture create a certain relazing atmosphere. The lounge area is furnished with an L shaped sofa positioned to enjoy the views over the infinity edge pool and a circular table and chairs for indoor dining. Towards the rear of the room there is a bar and small kitchen combined.
The bedrooms are located either side of the living room accessed through beautifully carved wood revolving doors.
On one side is the 'master' bedroom with a sofa seating area and a walk-in dressing area and en-suite bathroom with shower at the rear . Sliding doors from this bedroom lead out to the pool terrace.
Three further double bedrooms are located on the other side of the living room with one bedroom having an ensuite and the the other two bedooms having a direct access connection with each other and share a bathroom with shower
The 5th bedroom has twin beds and is located at the rear of the property with sliding doors to an outdor patio area.
