The upper level features three comfortable ensuite bedrooms, including a spacious master suite complete with Smart TV and private bathroom. Two additional bedrooms are located on the lower level and share access to a large bathroom and a shared balcony, making this layout particularly well suited to families travelling together or groups wanting both privacy and shared space.
At the heart of the villa is an open-plan living and dining area with a fully equipped European-style kitchen. Large sliding doors open directly onto the terrace, allowing indoor and outdoor living to blend seamlessly while framing the panoramic sea views beyond. The private infinity-edge swimming pool provides a peaceful place to relax throughout the day, whether enjoying the morning light over the coastline or unwinding after sunset.
Samui Summit Villa is fully serviced by live-in staff who provide daily housekeeping, while a multilingual guest manager is available to assist during your stay. CANCELLATIONS TO RESERVATION (Other booking terms and conditions on request)
If it becomes necessary to cancel all r part of a booking,the “villa” must be notified in writing (email acceptable). The cancellation will take effect from the day the written confirmation is received.
The following cancellation charges will be payable depending on when the notification of cancellation is received in writing.
More than 30 days before arrival: The deposit will be forfeited and all other payments will not be refunded, but kept as a credit for 1 year from the date of cancellation as confirmed by the ”villa”. The credit amount can be used by the client or anyone on their behalf for any reservation during any period and solely for the villa reserved.
Less than 30 days before arrival date: All rental payments are forfeited.
In case the deposit was paid and the balance will not be paid, allpayments are forfeited with immediate effect and no notification will be issued.
If the dates of the booking need to be changed or amended, this may be treated as a cancellation of the original booking and cancellation charges may apply.
Any change to the original reservation is subject to the approval of the “villa”
The Plai Laem area is located between Big Buddha and Choeng Mon and encompasses most of northeast peninsular of Koh Samui. The soft golden sands on this more or less west facing palm-fringed beach stretch for 2 km, however in certain months the sea is quite shallow and swimming is restricted as at the most it is only 2 metres deep.
