Twin Villas Natai South is a stunning 5-bedroom luxury beachfront villa set on the pristine shores of Natai Beach in Greater Phuket, just 30 minutes north of Phuket International Airport. One half of the exclusive Twin Villas Natai estate, the South Villa can be booked as a private 5-bedroom retreat for up to 11 guests, combined with the North Villa for a 7-bedroom option, or as part of the full 10-bedroom estate for up to 22 guests, making it a wonderfully flexible choice for families, friend groups, milestone celebrations, and special events.
At the heart of the villa is a beautiful room where floor-to-ceiling glass sliding doors open fully to connect the spacious living, dining, and kitchen areas to the sights and sounds of the Andaman Sea. A solid wood dining table seating 14 is positioned to capture prime sea views and easy access to the pool terrace, while the guest kitchen sits alongside it in crisp white and warm honey-toned wood, complete with a long island counter lined with bar stools, perfect for a casual breakfast. The private saltwater pool stretches 11 metres along the terrace, and a shaded sala alongside it offers the ideal spot to soak up those legendary Andaman sunsets with a cool drink in hand.
The five bedrooms offer a thoughtful mix of room types to suit every group. Two sea view rooms on the upper floor are light-filled and airy, each with a plush king-size bed, panoramic Andaman Sea views, and a full ensuite bathroom with both indoor and outdoor rain showers. A spacious shared patio connects the two upper rooms, perfect for a morning coffee or an afternoon sundowner. Payment:
A 50% deposit is required upon confirmation.
The 50% balance payment is required 60-days prior to arrival.
A refundable security deposit of USD 1,000 cash is required per Villa. Payment must be made upon check-in.
Cancellation Policy:
Twin Villas Natai is non-refundable following the 50% deposit payment; whether through an agency, a direct booking, or OTA (online travel agency).
Any cancellations, refunds, or date modification 60-days prior to check-in date, and after balance payment has been submitted are non-refundable or permitted under this policy.
Twin Villas Natai rental booking may be modified, subject to the terms and conditions under the Modification & Rebooking policy below.
Modification & Rebooking Policy:
Primary guests can send a written email request to info@twinvillasnatai.com to modify their reservation. Written requests are subject to current availability.
Date modification must be made at least 60-days prior to the original check-in date.
10% of the original rental fee will be applied as a rebooking fee, and the remaining will be applied as credits for rebooked dates.
Credits are valid 6 (six) months from the check-in date of the original reservation. The then published rental rates will apply for all rebooking requests. Any unused or expired credits are not subject to refund.
Modification/rebooking or refunds are unavailable within 60-days of the original booking check-in date.
