Villa Anda is an absolute beachfront villa that sits on Rayee Beach in Phuket's resort town of Kamala, Phuket featuring a huge living/dining area, a large pool and plenty of beach and indoor entertainment activities. The villa sleeping 12 is perfect for families, gangs of friends, or weddings and other celebrations.
Entering the beautiful six-bedroom Villa Anda is like being drawn into a magic trick. Push open the double doors and step into a different world. A world of space and light, sky and sea.
The huge contemporary living and dining room is part of the ocean and the beach, its clean lines and white and blue decor drawing you into the endless cobalt view. Art reinforces, with two large fish in bas-relief at one end of the room and a turbulent, abstract seascape at the other.
Just outside is Villa Anda’s inviting 16.45m infinity pool. Or maybe you just want to dip your toes and take in the rays, lazing on a lounger in the villa’s shallow pool, perfect for watching the pink, red and gold glories of sunset.
Our skilled in-house chef can fix just about anything your palate desires. Even children who may be picky eaters love the food at Villa Anda.
Afterwards, why not hire a babysitter (nominal extra charge) and head out to sample Phuket’s nightlife? Kamala’s famous beach clubs are nearby while the more populous party town Patong is just 11km from the villa. Less than 3km away is the amazing show at Phuket Fantasea. Our smiling staff can make suggestions and the Concierge can take care of all your bookings and transport arrangements.

Cancellation Policies
All cancellations made by the Lessee are subject to penalties below:
A) If the Lessee cancels the reservation 45 days or more prior to arrival date, all payments are forfeited but credited for 9 months from the date of the cancellation confirmation by the Owner. The credit value can be used by the Lessee or anyone on his or her behalf for any reservation, during any period upon availability and solely for the Property initially reserved.
B) If the Lessee cancels the reservation within 45 days prior to arrival date,
all booking payments are forfeited. A full or partial refund is solely applicable in the event that the Owner secures another reservation covering partially or fully the initial canceled reservation.
C) Christmas and New Year Period, for any cancellation after the deposit and/or balance payment, all payments are forfeited. However, a full or partial refund is solely applicable in the event that the Owner secures another reservation covering partially or fully the initial and canceled reservation.
The above cancellation charges also apply if the Owner cancels the booking due to non-payment of the balance.
D.) If the Lessee fails to pay any required additional deposits or remaining balance of booking payment at assigned due date, all payments are forfeited.
