Villa Hibiscus is approached through an impressive traditional gateway which opens onto a stone courtyard leading to a landscaped garden area. On the left, the oceanfront L-shaped salt chlorinated swimming pool is flanked by a central pavilion housing the villa's fully-fitted kitchen together with living and dining areas that overlook the pool.
This beautiful beachfront villa is located on Maenam beach in the north of Koh Samui and recognised as one of the best beaches in south east Asia. The villa is air-conditioned throughout with a large landscaped garden and lawn area.
The main pavilion at the centre of the property houses the open-plan living room, including a comfortable lounge, a dining area, and a large fully-equipped kitchen with a central island feature, and an outdoor bathroom. With wood-paneled wall and beamed, vaulted ceiling, the living room is spacious and airy, complete with sumptuous sofas, facing plasma satellite TV with CD/DVD.
Foldaway glass doors open onto a furnished verandah facing the beachfront on one side, and the swimming pool to the right. A large sala pavilion is located between the beach and the swimming pool, where alfresco dining or lounging on the 4-poster double daybed can be enjoyed overlooking the beautiful sea views.
On the left side of the property are the 4 large en-suite bedrooms, 2 of which are twin, separated by a recessed garden from a further double bedroom. The master bedroom faces the beach, with a verandah overlooking the stunning sea views, and has a large bathroom with an oversized tub and garden. All of the bedrooms have wooden flooring and en-suite bathrooms with indoor and outdoor showers.
All rooms are interconnected by covered verandahs, the largest of which runs along the beachfront, from the master bedroom, past the living room, to the poolside sala. This additional outdoor living area is well furnished with loungers and chairs facing the sea views. A private gated entrance leads to the beach.
The village of Maenam with a few restaurants and small shops is within walking distance and it has it;'s own walking street night market 'walking street' on Thursdays. The villa is located just 10 minutes drive from the championship golf course It is also just a short drive to the;"Old Fisherman's village" of Bophut with it's fine oceanfront dining and quaint shop houses and the weekly larger 'walking street' festival on a Friday at Bophut is not to be missed.

CANCELLATION AND AMENDMENTS TO RESERVATION
The client must notify the resort in writing (email acceptable) in case it becomes necessary to cancel all or any part of the booking. Such cancellation will take affect from the day the written confirmation is received.
The following cancellation charges will be applicable depending on when the notification of the cancellation is received in writing and the period of stay in the property
High, Intermediate and prime seasons 14 days before arrival date:
Forfeiture of all deposits shall be subject to be credited for 12 months from the date of the cancellation confirmation by the results reservation department. Such credit can be used by the client or anyone on the clients behalf for any reservation during any period and solely for the property initially reserved
Within 14 days of arrival date:
All payments will be forfeited
