Villa Hin is also known as The Rock House - due to a unique natural rock formation being the foundation of the design of the villa.
This beautiful Koh Samui private villa features tropical living at it's best offering spacious outdoor living with a vast amount of decking throughout the villa for communal and private relaxation areas to enjoy.
Entering into the villa from the parking area leads you into the main living area and swimming pool level with a fantastic backdrop of the ocean and the island of Ko Matlang beyond sat at the north end of Chaweng beach.
The fully equipped kitchen, breakfast bar and the dining area with a table seating eight are located in the centre of the villa on this level with a large foldback window offering stunning views of the infinity edge pool and the ocean beyond
To the left of the pool and the focal point of the villa is the lounge set in a sunken area and open on 3 sides to enjoy the tropical climate and soft breezes. The lounge is furnished with an L shaped sofa with colourful cushions and a dining bar with seating for alfresco dining. Sun loungers are stregically placed in the decking areas.
Above the lounge accessed by stone steps is a decked rooftop terrace furnished with additional sofas and parasols.
The cinema/AV room is located just behind the lounge area on the same level and is fully equipped with a library of DVD's
The 5 en suite bedrooms accomodating up to 10 guest are all private from each other in various areas of the villa separated by steps, gardens and decking and all have king size beds with sea or garden views.
Either side of the villa are pathways that lead down through tropical gardens to the sea. Here you will find a small sandy cove bordered and shared by some small resorts
Villa Hin is perfectly position close to amenities with The Fisherman's Village at Bophut and it's oceanside dining, chill out coffee places, cocktail bars and quaint shop houses selling fashion and unusual jewelry and accessories.
For beach lovers and nightlife the villa is less than 10 minutes drive from popular Chaweng Beach and for a great family beach Choeng Mon Beach is just within 5 minutes drive.
