Samujana 6 is set within a stunning contemporary design luxury villa development located on the north east corner of Koh Samui and offers beautiful ocean views down the east coast towards Chaweng bay.
The villa spans four levels and is tropical living at it's best with an open sided living area and bedrooms with floor to ceiling sliding doors.
The gardens are a special delight with roof top foliage and water features throughout and numerous terraces offering outdoor comfort and cooling shade from the heat of the day.
The lap pool in the centre of the villa is the perfect place to relax and gaze at the superb views from one of the sleek steel and black vinyl sun beds.
The main living area is located alongside the pool deck with a lounge area with an enormous and sumptuous L shaped sofa and a dining set seating up to 12 persons -- perfect for al-fresco dining. The fully equipped kitchen is towards the rear of this pavilion as well as a laundry room and guest bathroom. A gas BBQ is also available for guest use
Music is piped through to this living area through an integrated stereo system connected to an iPod dock. For indoor pleasures, a dedicated, fully equipped AV room boasts a 42 inch plasma screen television and surround sound system is located just across the lawn.
On the same level is the stunning master bedroom suite, surrounded by a vast deck, with a lounge area furnished with a large sofa set, and an intimate circular sofa bed.
On a lower level is the gym with the latest in fitness equipment and a single en suite bedroom with shower and it's own private sundeck.
The four other guest bedrooms boast sea views with private terraces and comfortable day beds. The en-suite bathrooms feature large, modern bathtubs and black slate tiling in the spacious walk-in showers and outdoor bathing areas.
