Villa M is a gracious yet contemporary villa set in the heart of Fisherman's Village, Bophut, and stands out as the only absolute beachfront residence in the area and the enviable location, elegant, colonial inspired design and superb furnishings create simply an amazing holiday home.
The exterior with its white facade contrasted by the antique Shanxi doorway is eye catching. The interior tastefully compliments the exterior with white walls and plantation shutters contrasting with the richness and texture of the recycled teak floors.
The entrance hallway opens into the beach-facing main living area, with a designer kitchen separated from the dining area by a breakfast bar.

CANCELLATION AND AMENDMENTS TO RESERVATION
If it becomes necessary to cancel the whole or any part of the booking by the Guests, it must be notified in writing in advance (email is acceptable). The cancellation will take effect from the date of the written confirmation is received.
The following cancellation charges will be applied depending on when the notification of the cancellation is received in writing and the period of stay in the Villa by the Guests:

3.1 Amendments
An admin fee of USD 50 will apply in the event of refund and amendment to reservation. The above cancellation charges also apply if SVH cancels the booking due to non-payment of the balance. If the dates of the booking require to be changed or amended, this may be treated as a cancellation of the original booking and cancellation charges may apply.
Any change to the original reservation is subject to the approval of SVH. An early departure penalty will be subject to negotiation with SVH local Representative's Manager.
Bophut is located in the north of Koh Samui between the Big Buddha in Bang Rak and Maenam and it is considered a popular place to stay near to or visit and a good compromise between the hustle and bustle of the larger east and south east coast towns and the more tranquil setting of the south and west coasts.
