From the infinity pool overlooking the sea to the cinema room, gym, and multiple social spaces, every corner of the villa invites you to relax and indulge. What truly elevated our experience, however, was the outstanding service. The entire team was professional, attentive, and genuinely warm, creating an atmosphere of effortless luxury and comfort.

A special mention goes to Winny, the villa manager, whose gracious hospitality and meticulous attention to detail ensured everything ran smoothly from start to finish. From the moment we made our first inquiry to the final goodbye, Winny was the heart of our stay. Her organization skills were second to none: she arranged and scheduled all of our transportation needs with precision and flexibility, whether it was airport transfers, local excursions, or spontaneous trips out. Every vehicle arrived punctually, clean, and suited to our group’s size and comfort.

Beyond logistics, Winny communicated with our group seamlessly. She was always accessible — quick to respond, proactive in offering suggestions, and extremely accommodating to our shifting plans. She handled every detail with calm professionalism and a genuine smile, making everything easy and stress-free for our group.

One thing to highlight: although Villa Murano’s location above the coast provides amazing views, it also comes with a sloped walkway leading up to the main entrance. While this isn’t an issue for most guests, it’s something to consider for groups traveling with elderly members or those with mobility concerns.
We would recommend arranging SUV transportation during the stay. Unlike standard sedans, SUVs can easily navigate the incline and drive right up to the villa’s doorstep, allowing for smooth and direct access without the need to walk up the slope. Fortunately, this is a minor consideration, as SUV transport is readily available and can be arranged quickly and efficiently — especially with the help of Winny.

In summary, for anyone seeking a peaceful yet well-connected retreat on Koh Samui, Villa Murano is a dream destination. We wholeheartedly recommend it.

We spent 3 incredible days in this villa in Thailand, a true haven of peace! The view was breathtaking, every moment spent there was a wonder.
