Villa Amylia is sprawled over 4 levels and features 9 bedrooms, two breathtaking infinity pools (each with a shallow part for children), and a rooftop terrace boasting 270 degrees panoramic view and large enough to host events for up to 40 Guests.
The facilities are complete with a dedicated massage and treatment room for two guests, a fully-equipped gym, and a home cinema seating 8-12.
Villa Amylia is available in its entirety for large groups up to 20 guests (8 bedrooms and 1 children’s room/ recreation room) or can be rented as a whole villa or separately as Villa Amylia Emerald (5 bedrooms, 10 guests) and Villa Amylia Ruby (3 bedrooms and 1 children’s room, 6 adults and 4 kids/teenagers).
Villa Amylia is a property that lends itself effortlessly to style and design throughout both villas.
Each open-plan main floor features a soft grey stone floor, that goes effortlessly through all the bedrooms, balconies, and connecting en-suites.
All the wooden furniture was custom made to bring a beautiful well integrated finished look throughout, especially when combined with the custom-made wardrobes.
The wooden slats are a recurring feature in the living areas and bedrooms to create dimension and texture. Combined with the natural color scheme of the rest of the interior, the villa exudes a sense of peace and simplicity.
All 9 bedrooms have a world-class sea view facing East, with 2 of the master bedrooms (1 in Villa Amylia Emerald and 1 in Villa Amylia Ruby) boasting a rare 270 degrees sea view also partially overlooking Koh Samui’s beautiful mountains.
Each bedroom has its own generous en-suite bath or shower rooms that showcase high- quality amenities such as walk-in rain showers, and imported tiles from Italy. One of the master bedrooms in each villa has a stand-alone bath.
Technology is also a pivotal feature of this spectacular villa from integrated B&W speakers, Sonos bars, superfast WI-FI, electrical curtains, and a modern security system. Conscious of the impact such a generous property has, the villa is fully powered by solar panels located on the top flat roof and invisible to the Guests.
The outdoors of both Villa Amylia Emerald and Villa Amylia Ruby feature spacious pool decks and terraces to embrace a view like no other, overlooking the sea and the island of Koh Matlang, with each deck boasting multiple seating and lounge areas, besides the designer sunbeds.
Villa Amylia Emerald has a large covered dining table and a sunken sala seating 14, the relaxing place to be with the background noise of the waterfall from the fish pond in the tropical garden. The rooftop terrace, accessible from that deck, can host up to 40 guests, or a more private family dinner.
Villa Amylia Ruby has an outdoor lounge area shaded by a large umbrella and the full-width windows create a more cozy home and gives you a subtle mix of living in and outdoor.
Villa Amylia's in-villa services were set to the highest standard so as to match the refinement of its design and location and provide a one-of-a-kind experience to its Guests.
From the massage and spa treatment to the minute details of the breakfast and the evening turndown, the focus is to ensure that every adult and child guest feels special and remains surprised throughout their stay at the villa.
Particular attention was placed on designing the spa treatments provided by highly trained therapists so as to ensure the utmost relaxing and healing benefits.
Important: Please note that the gym, massage room, and home cinema are all located at Villa Amylia Emerald and are for the exclusive use of its guests when both villas are rented separately, or shared when the entire property is rented to one group. Massages, spa treatments and fitness/yoga classes can also be arranged for Villa Emerald Ruby's guests inside the villa or on the pool deck
The food & beverage menu was equally designed to offer the culinary experience Guests would expect in Thailand with traditional dishes prepared with the freshest ingredients and with health ethos (low salt, fat, sugar) to be presented in the most beautiful way.

Cancellation Conditions
For Intermediate and High Seasons, all payment (s) received will be credited or 12 month from the cancellation date.
* For Prime Seasons and Christmas/New Year and if the booking is cancelled after the deposit and/or balance payment date, all payment (s) received will be forfeited or refunded in pro-rata shall another booking be secured for the same periodwhich has been cancelled.
Early departure whether on arrival or departure on the dattes of stay will be considered as a cancellation and all payments will be forfeited
