Villa Saam at Skye Beach Villas is one of 4 contemporary design villas featuring a private pool and creates quite an impression with their elegant white exteriors lining Plai Laem beach on the popular north east coast of Koh Samui.
The villa boasts a bright and airy open living area and two bedrooms with luxurious en suite bathrooms.
Villa Saam is entered through a wooden door where a blue tiled refreshing swimming pool greets guests flanked by terracing furnished with sun loungers and a parasol.
Beyond the pool a covered terrace allows for a 4 seater outdoor dining where you can enjoy your daily breakfast before basking in the sunshine.
From the terrace, floor to ceiling glass doors slide back opening up into the welcoming living area featuring minimalistic decor with a touch of colour. A smart TV hangs on the wall and provides entertainment in front of a comfy plush sofa and contemporary style chairs.
The dining area completes the other half of the room furnished with a wood topped circular table seating six.
Right beside the dining area, you have the fully-equipped, modern, and state of the art kitchen with in-built modern appliances, white counters, and a glass splashback.
A step up from the living area behind glass walls are the two double ensuite bedrooms both furnished with king size beds and monochrome minimalistic decor enhancing the elegant feel of the rooms and cooled by air conditioning.

PAYMENT TERMS
50% on the confirmation date, with the balance due 30 days prior to arrival. This applies in all seasons including Christmas and New Year. For bookings made within 30 days of arrival, full payment is due on confirmation.
CANCELLATION TERMS
Intermediate season: cancellations made more than 7 days before arrival, all payments received are refunded in full. Within 7 days of arrival, 100% of the total booking value is charged.
High and Prime seasons: cancellations made more than 14 days before arrival, all payments received are refunded in full. Within 14 days of arrival, 100% of the total booking value is charged.
Peak season, Christmas and New Year: cancellations made more than 30 days before arrival, all payments received are refunded in full. Within 30 days of arrival, 100% of the total booking value is charged.
Early departure, whether on arrival or later during the stay, is treated as a cancellation and the full booking value is charged. No shows are charged in full.
The Plai Laem area is located between Big Buddha and Choeng Mon and encompasses most of northeast peninsular of Koh Samui. The soft golden sands on this more or less west facing palm-fringed beach stretch for 2 km, however in certain months the sea is quite shallow and swimming is restricted as at the most it is only 2 metres deep.
