Villa Song at Skye Beach Villas is one of 2 contemporary design beachfront villas set on a quiet sandy beach and enjoying stunning views of Koh Phangan and Koh Som. This beautiful villa features a private pool flanked by sun loungers and parasols, a bright and airy open living area, two bedrooms with luxurious en suite bathrooms. Villa Song also offers a cleverly designed movie theatre with large projector and sumptuous lounger couches. The system is fully loaded with an extensive archive of movies covering classics and all the latest movies for an outstanding cinematic experience.
The villa is entered through a pair of wooden doors and a pathway leads to the two pavilions of the villa.
On the right side are the two spacious double bedrooms both with exquisite en suite bathrooms and entered through floor to ceiling sliding glass doors overlooking a small lawn bordered with tropical plants. Separating the 2 bedrooms is the media room.
The front pavilion that accommodates the air conditioned main living area is again accessed through a double set of floor to ceiling sliding glass doors and you are immediately greeted by a beautiful view out to the private pool, the terrace and the endless blue ocean beyond.
The living room has a minimalistic approach with elegant and classic décor. One half of the room a large plush sofa and some occasional chairs make up the lounge area where you can relax and enjoy the satellite channels or movies on the flat screen wall hung TV. A fully equipped kitchen area and a circular dining table that can seat up to 6 completes the other half of the room.
The glass doors at the front slide back completely opening up to a covered terrace furnished with a table and chairs for outdoor dining and the pool terrace and swimming pool flanked with cushioned sunloungers and parasols.
The soft sand beach is just a few steps down from the raised pool terrace and here you can relax and enjoy the views over the neighbouring islands, experience beautiful sunsets or hire kayaks or paddle boards to explore further.
With incredible attention to detail Villa Song has been cleverly designed to give complete privacy however should larger groups wish to stay together the four villas at Skye Beach Villas provides 8 bedrooms sleeping 16 persons with each group of up to 4 persons having their own private villa within the group allowing for privacy and personal space.
Located in the popular north east of Koh Samui, Villa Song at Skye Beach Villas is the perfect getaway yet just a short distance from the beautiful beach of Choeng Mon and just 10 minutes from the popular Fisherman's village providing a great choice of dining options and shopping. Should you be looking for the nightlife then the centre of the main town of Chaweng and it's 7km beach is just 10 - 15 minutes away.

PAYMENT TERMS
50% on the confirmation date, with the balance due 30 days prior to arrival. This applies in all seasons including Christmas and New Year. For bookings made within 30 days of arrival, full payment is due on confirmation.
CANCELLATION TERMS
Intermediate season: cancellations made more than 7 days before arrival, all payments received are refunded in full. Within 7 days of arrival, 100% of the total booking value is charged.
High and Prime seasons: cancellations made more than 14 days before arrival, all payments received are refunded in full. Within 14 days of arrival, 100% of the total booking value is charged.
Peak season, Christmas and New Year: cancellations made more than 30 days before arrival, all payments received are refunded in full. Within 30 days of arrival, 100% of the total booking value is charged.
Early departure, whether on arrival or later during the stay, is treated as a cancellation and the full booking value is charged. No shows are charged in full.
The Plai Laem area is located between Big Buddha and Choeng Mon and encompasses most of northeast peninsular of Koh Samui. The soft golden sands on this more or less west facing palm-fringed beach stretch for 2 km, however in certain months the sea is quite shallow and swimming is restricted as at the most it is only 2 metres deep.
