The accommodation is spread over 2 pavilions with the living area consisting of the lounge, kitchen and dining area conveniently located in the front pavilion overlooking the pool and the two guest bedrooms as well as the master bedroom are located behind near the entrance of the villa.Each air conditioned bedroom features polished wood floors, hardwood wardrobes and spacious modern en suite bathrooms and ceiling fans.

Sliding glass doors opening up to the pool deck from the living area with views of the swimming pool and garden, with the glittering sea beyond. There is a also a cool sala on poolside for relaxing out of the sun and still enjoying the views.
For your entertainment there is satellite TV,DVD player and a CD player. in the living room.
The fully equipped western style kitchen has quality granite worktops and includes a 4 ring hob, oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher and microwave.

The beachfront swimming pool is surrounded by a spacious pool deck with quality teak patio furniture for al fresco dining. There are plenty of cushioned sun loungers and umbrellas to relax on.

The unspolied beach to the right of the villas has soft white sand and the sea is quite shallow however what is considered one of the best family beaches on Koh Samui is 5 minutes drive away in Choeng Mon where several rustic Thai style restaurants line the beach.

As this a single storey villa and therefore the property is suitable for wheelchair access.
