When you arrive at the airport, a quick 15 minute drive will get you to the Villa. Our caretaker will welcome you and help you settle down. The convenience stores are a 5 minutes drive from the villa, and family and child entertainment (mini golf, Go Karting, Football Golf, Quad) are just a short distance away. Car rentals can be arranged on request.
Baan Apsara comprises an area of just over 260 Sqm and accommodates 6 guests very comfortably in it’s three large bedrooms ( two double bedrooms and a twin bed). Two bedrooms have an inter connecting door, ideally suited for guests with children. Two additional beds can be provided to accommodate 2 extra guests, allowing 8 guests to stay in the villa. All bedrooms have air conditioning and a terrace to while away the balmy evenings with a good book and a cocktail, whilst taking in the magnificent sunset views.
The living room is spacious with a high wooden ceiling and comprises of a large sitting and a dining area.
Adjacent to the Living room there is the TV room with a comfortable sofa, bean bags and a desk. This independent area offers a large flat screen TV with Home Theater system, Satellite TV receiver, and a selection of board games, inviting you to spend a lovely family evening together.
Also adjacent to the living room, there is a large independent kitchen with all modern amenities and appliances. Truly, a home away from home.
The outdoor living compliments the indoor living. The Living room doors lead to a big covered terrace with an Outdoor dining area and a lounge. A barbecue is at your disposal, allowing for great outdoor cooking and grilling, with fantastic views over the Gulf.
The large garden is beautifully landscaped around the swimming pool with a sunbathing deck, lounge chairs in teak wood and sun umbrellas.

CANCELLATIONS TO RESERVATION (Other booking terms and conditions on request)
If it becomes necessary to cancel all r part of a booking,the “villa” must be notified in writing (email acceptable). The cancellation will take effect from the day the written confirmation is received.
The following cancellation charges will be payable depending on when the notification of cancellation is received in writing.
More than 30 days before arrival: The deposit will be forfeited and all other payments will not be refunded, but kept as a credit for 1 year from the date of cancellation as confirmed by the ”villa”. The credit amount can be used by the client or anyone on their behalf for any reservation during any period and solely for the villa reserved.
Less than 30 days before arrival date: All rental payments are forfeited.
In case the deposit was paid and the balance will not be paid, allpayments are forfeited with immediate effect and no notification will be issued.
If the dates of the booking need to be changed or amended, this may be treated as a cancellation of the original booking and cancellation charges may apply.
Any change to the original reservation is subject to the approval of the “villa”
The Plai Laem area is located between Big Buddha and Choeng Mon and encompasses most of northeast peninsular of Koh Samui. The soft golden sands on this more or less west facing palm-fringed beach stretch for 2 km, however in certain months the sea is quite shallow and swimming is restricted as at the most it is only 2 metres deep.
Alpha Villa is a great 3 - 5 Koh Samui family holiday villa or to chill out with a group of friends. Stunning views and close to popular Choeng Mon beach and Bophut Fisherman’s Village. Reduced rates for 3 or 4 bedroom occupancy with exclusive use of the villa.
Ban Nai Fan is a luxury 2-4 bedroom Koh Samui villa located on an exclusive hillside of luxury villas bordering the popular area of Chaweng. Reduced rates for 2 or 3 bedroom occupancy with exclusive use of the villa.
