The Villa itself enjoys numerous individual spaces and areas to relax, with large double volume spaces combined with spectacular views, to cozy nooks and crannies which allow guests to decide if they want to entertain just the closest of friends or to hold parties for large events.
With both modern Thai and antique Asian furniture perfectly complementing one another, the Villa is an interior designer's dream and is unique in its architectural design.
Each of the 8 on-suite bedrooms enjoys satellite fed television and DVD, whilst being able to access the large music library on the centralized server.

CANCELLATIONS TO RESERVATION (Other booking terms and conditions on request)
If it becomes necessary to cancel all r part of a booking,the “villa” must be notified in writing (email acceptable). The cancellation will take effect from the day the written confirmation is received.
The following cancellation charges will be payable depending on when the notification of cancellation is received in writing.
More than 30 days before arrival: The deposit will be forfeited and all other payments will not be refunded, but kept as a credit for 1 year from the date of cancellation as confirmed by the ”villa”. The credit amount can be used by the client or anyone on their behalf for any reservation during any period and solely for the villa reserved.
Less than 30 days before arrival date: All rental payments are forfeited.
In case the deposit was paid and the balance will not be paid, allpayments are forfeited with immediate effect and no notification will be issued.
If the dates of the booking need to be changed or amended, this may be treated as a cancellation of the original booking and cancellation charges may apply.
Any change to the original reservation is subject to the approval of the “villa”
