Villa Thansamaay is a luxury beachfront villa built on the beach on Samui’s spectacular southern coastline and boasts 27 metres of beachfront, a large lawned area and a super 14.5 swimming pool
This stylish villa sleeps up to 14 adults and ideal for a gathering of friends and family and celebrations such as weddings, special birthdays and reunions.
The south facing villa is built L shaped and comprises of 3 separate pavilions all having their own covered terraces or balcony with table and chairs.
All the bedrooms are fully air-conditioned with six bedrooms furnished with king-sized beds and one bedroom with twin beds and all have plenty of storage spaces. Five bedrooms overlook the ocean and two look on to the garden with ocean-views from their patios. Six of the bedrooms are en-suite with an adjacent bathroom used by guests in the 7th bedroom with twin beds.
The master bedroom is just meters from the beach and shares a pavilion with another bedroom, a kitchenette and a TV lounge area - ideal for a small family.
Two further bedrooms are located in a pavilion behind with garden and pool views.
The remaining 3 double bedrooms all with ocean views can be found on the upper floor of the main living pavilion sharing a wide balcony with seating.
On the ground level is a very modern kitchen, a main living area with a large indoor dining table seating 12 around, a spacious TV lounge and a secondary lounge/library.
Opposite the pool is a large covered sala with plenty of sofas for relaxing on and a huge wooden dining table that is ideal for al fresco dining any time of the day or night and is the main "hang out" area for tropical outdoor living..
Close by, though walled in and discreetly hidden from view, is a Thai kitchen – separate from the main kitchen – where your personal chef can prepare every meal from breakfast, to lunch to evening barbecues. Next to the sala are bedrooms three and four and these again are large and tastefully decorated.
Within easy walking distance of the villa there are a couple of beach bars as well as several restaurants, convenience shops and a yoga retreat. Within a short drive there are several temples of note including Wat Khunaram which is home to the Mummified Monk and the very beautiful Laem Sor Pagoda is less than 10 minutes away.
The small fishing village of Thong Krut is only a ten minute drive and it now has a good choice of restaurants and long boat tours can be booked from here to visit the 20 minute boat ride to the neighbouring small islands of Koh Taen and Koh Mudsum.
Villa Thansamaay is also an excellent venue for a wedding with the ceremony taking place on the beach or lawn and ample space in the garden for an evening reception with live music and dancing.

STANDARD CANCELLATION POLICY
Intermediate, High and Prime (i.e. not during Christmas, New Year peak seasons):
Payment must be fully settled: 60 days prior to arrival, or if that date is already passed, then within 1 day of guest confirmation of intention to book.
We have a no-refund policy in the event of cancellation but if you cancel more than 60 days prior to arrival we will issue a credit note for the same villa valid for 9 months. If you cancel within 60 days of arrival all funds paid will be forfeited and a partial or full refund will only be made if we some or all of the dates are rebooked.
Guests can of course claim off their travel insurance which according to our terms and conditions they should all obtain and we will provide any supporting evidence required.
Christmas and New Year: For any cancellation after the deposit and/or balance payment, all payments are forfeited and a full or partial refund is solely applicable in the event that villa management secures another reservation covering partially or fully the initial and cancelled reservation. The above cancellation charges also apply if the villa management cancels the booking due to non-payment of the balance. If the dates of the booking require to be changed or amended, this may be treated as a cancellation of the original booking and cancellation charges may apply. Any change to the original reservation is subject to the approval of the Villa management
Laem Sor is in the deep south with Laem Set to the east and to the west the area finishes at a headland, beyond which is Thong Krut a popular fishing village offering a small choice of restaurants and boat tour operators. This is a peaceful area chosen by visitors who just wish to enjoy chilling out with family or friends and experience the "real" Samui.
