Krabi is deservedly growing in popularity, but still relatively undeveloped in comparison to Phuket and Samui. Krabi is the perfect base from which to start an island-hopping adventure. The Amatapura Beach Villas are situated on a private gated development, on a peaceful beach located less than 10 minutes drive from the centre of Ao Nang. These villas are elegant and offer luxurious living quarters. You can pad barefoot from the villa and you’ll find yourself on the quiet beach. Thailand Retreats offer several villas in this location sleeping from 8-10 people in each villa. The villas can be rented together for very large groups. If you would like it an in house chef can be arrange for the villa or other services such as beauty treatments. All the villas have their own private pool as well as the use of the large communal pool at the villa resort. A complimentary tuk tuk ride ( up to 10-12 persons) to and from Ao Nang is provided by the villa management from 9am – 10pm.
This is a very stylish stand alone house set in lawn gardens directly on the beach. It’s hard to see how this delightful villa could be any more perfect. It has a contemporary and minimalist interior, is directly on a secluded beach, it has a gorgeous infinity pool and a wonderful open plan living and dining area. The villa has it’s own kayaks and you can go exploring directly from the beach. There are boat tours to the offshore islands and Railey Beach that can be taken from Ao Nam Mao pier a few minutes away Staff at the villa are willing to organize anything you need. Paradise found.
This traditional style villa is directly on a man-made beach, it overlooks the awe-inspiring limestone outcrops of Phang Na Bay. This villa is spacious and will sleep up to 8 guests. It has a large private pool and it’s own boat jetty. So it’s a good spot to be collected by long tail boat for an island hopping adventure. Organised kayaking tours can be taken from the jetty at Ao Thalane a few minutes from the villa. The staff will also drive you to the town and beautiful beach of Ao Nang just 25 minutes drive away for shopping, eateries and other organized tours. A daily breakfast is provided and other meal requirements can be chosen from a house menu. A private chef is available for that special occasion.
This villa is one of four similar villas that are known as ‘The Village’. The villa has it’s own private pool and the shore is just 40 metres away. There is a man-made sandy beach here. It’s not advisable to swim at the beach here, but there is a long tail boat moored at the village that will take you on a ride to two beautiful white sand beaches on the island of Koh Ten and Koh Sai. This is a fantastic base from which to explore Krabi and the surrounding islands or you can choose for a driver to take you to Ao Nang for a choice of restaurants, shops and tours – just 25 minutes drive away.
These two Krabi villas are adjacent to each other located in a quiet area yet just 10 minutes from Ao Nang and can sleep up to 18 persons all together.
