The villa is approached via a long pathway which passes through a large manicured tropical garden of lawns and exotic plants. The main living areas and 2 guest bedrooms are located in the larger of two pavilions which is adjacent to poolside with the master bedroom being housed in a separate pavilion.

The kitchen and dining area is the largest room in the villa with a vaulted ceiling and recessed lighting adding to the vastness of the room. It has direct access straight on to the pool deck.

The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, hob, fridge freezer, microwave, cold water dispenser and everything you need should you prefer to prepare your own meals on occasion rather than visit the various restaurants in nearby Ao Nang. A Thai chef is also available on request should you wish to have meals cooked for you in-house.

The dining room is separated from the kitchen by a breakfast bar with stools and is furnished with a table and chairs with seating for 6 persons.

A hallway leads to a separate air conditioned lounge area furnished with a sofa suite, coffee table and occasional furniture. For guests entertainment there is an LCD TV, DVD player and a surround sound system. Sliding doors lead out to the pool deck.

To complete this pavilion's accommodation there are two identical spacious air conditioned double bedrooms that offer private bureau space, making it ideal for those who take work with them on holiday; a wireless internet connection is available throughout the property.Both have queen sized beds and and a single sofabed and have en suite bathrooms with dressing area, personal safe and overhead fans. Sliding doors lead from both on to the pool deck.

The air conditioned master bedroom suite is set in its own pavilion has a king sized bed, dressing area,oversized bath tub in the bathroom and a separate shower unit.

Opposite the master bedroom suite at the other end of the swimming pool there is a cool sala under which is furnished with a dining table and chairs for al fresco dining . Sun loungers complete the patio furniture around the pool.

Baan Santi is tropical living at its best located in a very quiet cul-de-sac, 4km from Ao Nang Beach and adjacent to Baan Zoe, so the two can be rented together for larger groups.

There is a permanent guardian living on the property in a separate staff house for 24 hour security; and a private tuk-tuk is on call for local trips around the Ao Nang area (additional charge).
