Samujana Villa 7 holds a special place on the estate as Samujana's original villa, now fully remodelled and refurbished to an exceptional standard. Occupying one of the most elevated and coveted positions within the development, it offers breathtaking views down the east coast of Koh Samui towards Chaweng Bay, framed by dramatic natural rock formations and mature frangipani trees growing through the decking.
The entrance leads down past rooftop terrace gardens, a serene reflection pool and those stunning sea views before arriving at the main open plan living level. The living room stretches the full width of the pool and features comfortable sofa seating, a dining table for eight and a fully equipped kitchen, all protected by expansive pull down blinds that keep out the weather without blocking the natural light or the views.
A dedicated AV room behind the lounge is equipped with a large plasma screen television, surround sound system and deeply comfortable built in sofas. A pool table sits on the covered balcony at the rear, alongside a study and desk area. The private infinity pool runs along the full length of the living level, its edge appearing to dissolve into the ocean beyond, with sun loungers on the deck and a BBQ for leisurely outdoor dining.
Four spacious en suite bedrooms each feature floor to ceiling windows, plenty of storage and beautifully finished bathrooms with raised bathtubs set in black marble and stone washbasins. The master suite also has a separate recessed shower room and guest bathroom. An additional study room or children's bedroom with its own powder room provides flexible extra space for families. A fourth bedroom and the fully equipped air conditioned gym are located on the lower level.
A Nuvo sound system runs throughout the villa, parking for two cars is available, and a full backup generator and uniformed security are included.
Choeng Mon beach is just minutes away and Chaweng is a short drive in the other direction.

CANCELLATION AND AMENDMENTS TO RESERVATION
The client must notify Samujana in writing (email acceptable) should it become necessary to cancel all or any part of a booking. Cancellations will take effect from the date written confirmation is received.
The following cancellation charges apply depending on when written notification is received:
Standard, Intermediate, Shoulder and High Seasons: 30 days or more before arrival: The deposit paid is non refundable. Within 30 days of arrival: All payments made are forfeited.
Prime and Peak Seasons (including Christmas and New Year): 45 days or more before arrival: The deposit paid is non refundable. Within 45 days of arrival: All payments made are forfeited.
If the villa management cancels a booking due to non payment of the balance, the above cancellation charges will also apply. Any request to change or amend dates may be treated as a cancellation of the original booking and cancellation charges may apply. All amendments are subject to availability and approval by Samujana reservations.
PAYMENT TERMS
A non refundable deposit of 50% of the total booking value is required to confirm a reservation. The remaining balance of 50% is due 30 days prior to arrival, or 45 days prior to arrival for prime and peak season bookings.
