Baan Samlarn is a high spec 5 bedroom beachfront villa situated on the beautiful west facing beach forming part of Lipa Noi and providing luxurious surroundings with a style mix of oriental artefacts, antique furniture and contemporary design.
On entering the villa doors open into a large open plan,light and airy living area furnished with an extending square table with leather backed chairs and tucked in the corner is the fully equipped kitchen and breakfast bar with stools.
To the right of the dining area are two ground floor en-suite bedrooms both with TV/DVD with a twin bedroom to the rear and a terrace overlooking a tropical garden at the entrance to the villa. The en-suite has a shower room.
The front ground floor bedroom has a king size bed and furnished with individual pieces of antique furniture and a walk in dressing area and an en-suite with free standing bath tub and an inner garden with outdoor shower.
Stairs lead up to two more bedrooms also having TV/DVD's. At the rear is a further twin bedroom and a balcony gives views over the entrance tropical garden and the en-suite has a shower room.The master suite at the front has a modern style four-poster bed, a balcony overlooking the garden, pool and ocean and a feature sunken bath in the en-suite bathroom in addition to a separate shower room.
Back in the dining area steps lead down to a sandwash and hardwood decking and the final bedroom is located on the left hand side. This bedroom has a king size bed and an en-suite with a free standing bath tub and an inner garden with indoor and outdoor showers.

The lounge with it's wood paneled vaulted ceiling and selection of leather, rattan and bamboo furnishings complimented by the cleverly selected Thai ornaments and artefacts enhance the traditional feel to this room and a wall hung plasma TV can be found tucked away in an alcove. Several fold-back doors of this long room open on to the pool deck and the end of the lounge looks across the garden through a traditional sala, with a dining table and bench seats, and out to sea.
The swimming pool alongside the lounge has a backdrop of a waterfall feature and is surrounded by a decked area furnished with cushioned sun loungers and parasols.
A path leads down to a further sala with a kitchen, bathroom and entertainment area. From here are steps that lead through a Thai-style entrance pagoda with wooden doors that open to give access to the beach.

CANCELLATION AND AMENDMENTS TO RESERVATION
If it becomes necessary to cancel the whole or any part of the booking by the Guests, SVH must be notified in writing in advance (email is acceptable). The cancellation will take effect from the date of the written confirmation is received by SVH.
The following cancellation charges will be applied depending on when the notification of the cancellation is received in writing by SVH and the period of stay in the Villa by the Guests:

3.1 Amendments
An admin fee of USD 50 will apply in the event of refund and amendment to reservation. The above cancellation charges also apply if SVH cancels the booking due to non-payment of the balance. If the dates of the booking require to be changed or amended, this may be treated as a cancellation of the original booking and cancellation charges may apply.
Any change to the original reservation is subject to the approval of SVH. An early departure penalty will be subject to negotiation with SVH local Representative's Manager.
3.2 Relaxed Cancellation Policy during COVID-19 Period
We understand that flexibility is required given the impact Coronavirus has on travel. In the event where your trip is disrupted due to COVID-19-related flight cancellations or travel restrictions, the below terms and conditions apply:
