Set 180 metres above sea level on Koh Samui’s tranquil north coast, Blue View Estate combines two contemporary villas side by side, Villa Blue View and Villa Blue View Luxe, to create a private hilltop estate for up to 26 guests. Both villas share the same spectacular outlook over the Gulf of Thailand, taking in the coastline where The White Lotus Season 3 was filmed.
Each villa has its own L shaped infinity pool, 15m long with a shallow area for children, surrounded by sunbeds, umbrellas and lush tropical gardens. Ocean facing salas make the perfect spot for an afternoon nap or a massage in the sea breeze, and with a barbecue at each villa, sunset dinners on the terrace are easily arranged.
There’s plenty to keep everyone entertained. The estate has two movie rooms for family film nights, a private spa room for in villa treatments, an activity room with table tennis, and a yoga deck looking out to sea. Two fully equipped show kitchens with breakfast counters and two dining areas seat all 26 guests, so the group can come together for long dinners or spread out and enjoy some quiet time.
The 10 bedrooms and 12 bathrooms accommodate up to 26 guests. Eight bedrooms have king size beds (two of which can be set up as twins), each with an en suite bathroom and a terrace with sea views, and both master bathrooms feature a bathtub. Two family rooms make it ideal for children, one with two queen beds and two oversized bunk beds, and the other with two single beds and two single bunks.
Rates include daily breakfast served by the villa teams, a welcome drink and fruit, daily housekeeping, high speed WiFi, utilities and one return airport transfer. Each villa has its own live in, English speaking villa manager and maid, with concierge service on hand. Private chefs, massages, babysitting and personal trainers can all be arranged at extra cost.
Blue View Estate is also a wonderful setting for special occasions, with space for up to 40 seated or 60 standing guests for events, subject to an event fee.
Bang Por is one of Samui’s most peaceful corners, with a laid back village feel away from the busier east coast. Just 800m down the hill, Bang Por Beach is known for its beautiful sunsets and relaxed beachfront seafood restaurants, and the Four Seasons is under a kilometre away. Santiburi Golf Course and Nathon ferry pier are both around 10km, Fisherman’s Village in Bophut is a 13km drive, and Samui International Airport is 19km away.

CANCELLATION AND AMENDMENTS TO RESERVATION
If it becomes necessary to cancel the whole or any part of the booking by the Guests, SVH must be notified in writing in advance (email is acceptable). The cancellation will take effect from the date of the written confirmation is received by SVH.
The following cancellation charges will be applied depending on when the notification of the cancellation is received in writing by SVH and the period of stay in the Villa by the Guests:

3.1 Amendments
An admin fee of USD 50 will apply in the event of refund and amendment to reservation. The above cancellation charges also apply if SVH cancels the booking due to non-payment of the balance. If the dates of the booking require to be changed or amended, this may be treated as a cancellation of the original booking and cancellation charges may apply.
Any change to the original reservation is subject to the approval of SVH. An early departure penalty will be subject to negotiation with SVH local Representative's Manager.
