Clay Beach Samui is an exceptional collection of contemporary luxury beachfront villas set directly on the western end of Bophut Bay. With beautiful sea views, sophisticated design, tropical surroundings and direct access to the beach, the property offers a versatile setting for private Koh Samui holidays, family escapes, celebrations and group stays.
The property is particularly flexible, with villas available in 3, 4 and 5-bedroom configurations, accommodating smaller groups as well as families and friends travelling together. Larger parties can combine villas to create 10 and 15 bedroom configurations, while the full estate can accommodate up to 20 bedrooms. Other configurations can also be arranged on request, allowing the accommodation to be tailored to the size and requirements of each group.
Contemporary Asian-inspired design is complemented by natural timber, sculptural details, antique artwork and lush tropical planting. High vaulted ceilings and floor-to-ceiling glass doors create bright, open interiors, while spacious living and dining areas provide comfortable places to gather, relax and enjoy the surroundings.
The villas make the most of their beachfront setting with generous terraces, outdoor dining and multiple private swimming pools. The main beachfront infinity pool provides a spectacular spot for enjoying the sea views, with built-in seating and a Jacuzzi, while additional pools and a private plunge pool provide further spaces for swimming and relaxing. Comfortable day beds and sun loungers create inviting areas for enjoying the tropical climate throughout the day.
The bedrooms are individually styled and feature super king-size beds, air-conditioning and ceiling fans, Smart TVs, walk-in wardrobes, safes and mini-bars. The spacious en-suite bathrooms include rain showers and twin vanities, with selected suites also featuring beautifully crafted stone bathtubs. Floor-to-ceiling glazing and private sitting areas in the master bedrooms further enhance the sense of space and connection with the tropical surroundings.
The distinctive loft-style bedrooms add another dimension to the accommodation, with their own living spaces and access to private outdoor areas. A dedicated villa team provides attentive service throughout the stay, including a villa manager, housekeeping team and villa attendants. Daily housekeeping, daily Thai or continental breakfast, Wi-Fi, towels and concierge assistance are included, with the concierge able to arrange tours, activities and other local experiences. A complimentary airport transfer is also included, while private chef service is available on request, with ingredients charged separately.

Bookings require a 50% deposit to pre-confirm, with the remaining balance due 30 days before arrival. Minimum stays apply by season, with longer minimum stays over Peak periods, Christmas & New Year, Chinese New Year and Easter. Cancellations within 60 days of arrival are non-refundable, while earlier cancellations may receive a credit subject to the applicable terms. Changes to dates, bedrooms or guest numbers are subject to availability and approval, with additional charges where applicable. Standard check-in is from 2pm and check-out by 11am; early check-in and late check-out may incur additional fees. A refundable security deposit of THB 30,000/US$1,000 is required at check-in.
