InAsia is a capacious and private split level beachfront property commanding panoramic views over a beautiful sandy beach famous for it's legendary spectacular sunsets over the 5 Islands and the National Marine Park. The beach is particularly attractive, and home to several neighbouring luxury villas that offer further accommodation for larger gatherings if required.
The villa offers 8 en-suite bedrooms comprising of a beachfront villa unit and an elevated villa unit behind.
The beachfront villa accommodating 4 of the en-suite bedrooms is designed around the infinity-edge swimming pool that is separated from the beach by a lawn area ideal for children to run and play. The large ocean facing swimming pool has a shallow ledge for younger children and is surrounded by various relaxing areas including cushioned sun loungers and bordered by the main living rooms.
Separate by a wide decked pathway leading to the bedrooms the air conditioned lounge pavilion furnished with sofas, coffee table, and a large LCD TV is located on one side and the fully equipped kitchen-dining room is on the other side. There is a dining set seating 8 persons and a 2nd dining set situated outside the kitchen doors on poolside for al fresco dining. Both rooms feature floor to ceiling fold-back glass doors to experience the indoor/outdoor living concept.
At the rear of the beachfront villa are the remaining 4 en-suite bedrooms located in the elevated ocean view villa. including 2 master bedrooms and 2 guest suites accessed through double wooden doors from the beachfront villa across a garden.
One of the master bedrooms is located on the ground floor with direct access to the garden and two guest en-suite bedrooms are located on the ground floor and have lovely garden views.
Upstairs to the next floor has ocean views over the beachfront villa and is the perfect place for those guests who wish to benefit from a quiet retreat. This generous lounge area hosts a kitchen, dining and living room, all opening onto the terrace overlooking the swimming pool and sala.
An open staircase leads from this floor upstairs to the top floor given wholly to the Master bedroom en-suite furnished with a four-poster bed with a balcony furnished with two comfortable armchairs to enjoy the beautiful sea views.
