Keeree Tara is a luxury five bedroom sea view villa located in the hillside area of Chaweng Noi, Koh Samui overlooking Chaweng Bay. Designed with a blend of Middle Eastern and Thai influences, the villa offers a stylish and peaceful setting with expansive views and a range of premium facilities.
The villa is arranged across several levels and has been designed to combine indoor and outdoor living. Spacious interiors feature modern art, elegant furnishings and large floor to ceiling glass doors that open to terraces overlooking the infinity pool and the sea beyond.
The main living area includes large comfortable sofas and a cocktail bar, creating an inviting space to relax and socialise. A separate dining area enjoys beautiful sea views and connects to an open serving kitchen, complemented by a fully equipped chef’s kitchen with modern appliances.
Outdoor living centres around the impressive 20 metre infinity pool which looks out across Chaweng Bay. Sun terraces with loungers, outdoor loft nets and a sunken seating area provide several spaces for relaxing and enjoying the tropical surroundings.
All five bedrooms enjoy sea views and are designed as private retreats. Each bedroom features a king size bed, en suite bathroom with rain shower and bathtub, and a private balcony or terrace overlooking the bay. Additional amenities include air conditioning, Smart TVs, personal safes, bathrobes and hair dryers.
Guests are supported by a professional villa team including a villa manager, private chef and housekeeping staff. Daily breakfast is included, along with daily cleaning, fresh towels when required and bed linen changes every three nights.
For entertainment and relaxation the villa also features a private gym with modern equipment, a spa area with steam room and massage rooms, a cinema room, games room and a unique wine cellar.

Deposit Payment
To guarantee this booking in the first instance, you will be required to pay a deposit equivalent to 30% of the total rental due, or 50% for the Christmas and New Year period.
Balance Payment
Full balance is due at least 30 days prior to arrival.
Last Minute Reservation
In case of reservation within 30 days of arrival, full payment may be requested at once before the arrival date.
Payments may be made in GBP or USD by bank transfer to our nominated company bank account, or through an online payment gateway with your credit card (Visa, MasterCard and Amex). All UK registered credit cards are processed free of charge. All non-UK credit card payments will incur a 3% admin fee.
The Plai Laem area is located between Big Buddha and Choeng Mon and encompasses most of northeast peninsular of Koh Samui. The soft golden sands on this more or less west facing palm-fringed beach stretch for 2 km, however in certain months the sea is quite shallow and swimming is restricted as at the most it is only 2 metres deep.
