Samujana Villa 11B is a beautifully appointed 3 bedroom contemporary villa set within the prestigious Samujana estate in Choeng Mon, just minutes from one of Koh Samui's finest beaches. Spread across two levels and set into the hillside, the villa makes the most of its elevated position with sweeping views down the east coastline to Chaweng and Matlang Island.
The main living level is entered from the private parking bay via stone steps and opens onto a generous open air living area on three sides, perfectly designed for tropical indoor/outdoor living. Comfortable sofa seating, a dining table for eight and a fully equipped modern kitchen sit side by side, cooled by ceiling fans and the sea breeze.
The infinity edge pool takes centre stage on this level, flanked by a timber sun deck furnished with loungers and a sunken bench at one end, ideal for watching the sun dip over the coastline with a sundowner in hand. Bedroom 1 is also on this level, en suite, and accessed via a walkway from the living area.
The TV lounge adjoins the main living space and is equipped with a 50 inch TV, cable TV and a Sonos sound system with an extensive digital library of movies and music. A powder room with shower completes this level.
Two further en suite bedrooms are located on the lower ground level, each with access to a private terrace.

CANCELLATION AND AMENDMENTS TO RESERVATION
The client must notify Samujana in writing (email acceptable) should it become necessary to cancel all or any part of a booking. Cancellations will take effect from the date written confirmation is received.
The following cancellation charges apply depending on when written notification is received:
Standard, Intermediate, Shoulder and High Seasons: 30 days or more before arrival: The deposit paid is non refundable. Within 30 days of arrival: All payments made are forfeited.
Prime and Peak Seasons (including Christmas and New Year): 45 days or more before arrival: The deposit paid is non refundable. Within 45 days of arrival: All payments made are forfeited.
If the villa management cancels a booking due to non payment of the balance, the above cancellation charges will also apply. Any request to change or amend dates may be treated as a cancellation of the original booking and cancellation charges may apply. All amendments are subject to availability and approval by Samujana reservations.
PAYMENT TERMS
A non refundable deposit of 50% of the total booking value is required to confirm a reservation. The remaining balance of 50% is due 30 days prior to arrival, or 45 days prior to arrival for prime and peak season bookings.
