Samujana Villa 15 sits above the shoreline on the Samujana hillside with a wide view along Koh Samui's north-eastern coast. Its infinity-edge pool runs out onto generous terraces and landscaped gardens, with loungers and shaded corners for the long middle of the day.
The feature most guests notice is the pair of rooftop sun decks above the lounge, two separate vantage points for sunrise, sunset or an evening drink. Below them an outdoor kitchen and BBQ area make poolside dining straightforward, and a lawn big enough for a game of football or badminton runs off the garden.
Indoors, an enclosed private gym looks out over the view, and a dedicated home cinema lounge handles the evenings that stay in. Open lounges and outdoor seating keep everyone in the same space when that is what is wanted.
All four en-suite bedrooms have king beds, freestanding baths and separate rain showers, and each has its own daybed or outdoor seating area, so there is somewhere private to sit without going far.
Samujana holds Three MICHELIN Keys, the estate's highest possible award, and was a filming location for The White Lotus. The estate is a private hillside community of 23 villas above a quiet coral cove on Koh Samui's north-eastern cape, ten minutes from the airport.

CANCELLATION AND AMENDMENTS TO RESERVATION
The client must notify Samujana in writing (email acceptable) should it become necessary to cancel all or any part of a booking. Cancellations will take effect from the date written confirmation is received.
The following cancellation charges apply depending on when written notification is received:
Standard, Intermediate, Shoulder and High Seasons: 30 days or more before arrival: The deposit paid is non refundable. Within 30 days of arrival: All payments made are forfeited.
Prime and Peak Seasons (including Christmas and New Year): 45 days or more before arrival: The deposit paid is non refundable. Within 45 days of arrival: All payments made are forfeited.
If the villa management cancels a booking due to non payment of the balance, the above cancellation charges will also apply. Any request to change or amend dates may be treated as a cancellation of the original booking and cancellation charges may apply. All amendments are subject to availability and approval by Samujana reservations.
PAYMENT TERMS
A non refundable deposit of 50% of the total booking value is required to confirm a reservation. The remaining balance of 50% is due 30 days prior to arrival, or 45 days prior to arrival for prime and peak season bookings.
