Samujana Villa 15 is a beautifully designed 4 bedroom contemporary villa set within the exclusive Samujana hillside estate on Koh Samui's northeast coast. Conceived by an award winning architect, the villa combines clean minimalist design with open air tropical living, floor to ceiling windows and generous private terraces throughout.
The open plan living area flows seamlessly to the pool deck and is cooled by ceiling fans and the natural sea breeze. A large sofa faces the pool while the outdoor dining area seats 10 against a backdrop of tropical gardens and coastal views. The private saltwater infinity pool is edged in black slate and surrounded by expansive teak sun decks with loungers, perfectly positioned to take in the sweeping views across Chaweng Bay to Koh Matlang island.
A rooftop sun terrace offers another wonderful vantage point for sunsets and sundowners, and for younger guests there is a treehouse tucked behind the villa to explore.
The villa has a dedicated TV lounge with flat screen satellite TV and DVD player, and a private gym with views over the bay. WiFi is available throughout.
All 4 en suite bedrooms are spacious and beautifully appointed with king size beds, floor to ceiling windows and private terraces. The bathrooms are a particular highlight, featuring freestanding bathtubs, twin stone washbasins and separate rainfall showers.
The fully equipped kitchen and outdoor BBQ area are served by live in staff, with a private Thai chef available full time or per meal on request. Private parking is also available at the villa.

CANCELLATION AND AMENDMENTS TO RESERVATION
The client must notify Samujana in writing (email acceptable) should it become necessary to cancel all or any part of a booking. Cancellations will take effect from the date written confirmation is received.
The following cancellation charges apply depending on when written notification is received:
Standard, Intermediate, Shoulder and High Seasons: 30 days or more before arrival: The deposit paid is non refundable. Within 30 days of arrival: All payments made are forfeited.
Prime and Peak Seasons (including Christmas and New Year): 45 days or more before arrival: The deposit paid is non refundable. Within 45 days of arrival: All payments made are forfeited.
If the villa management cancels a booking due to non payment of the balance, the above cancellation charges will also apply. Any request to change or amend dates may be treated as a cancellation of the original booking and cancellation charges may apply. All amendments are subject to availability and approval by Samujana reservations.
PAYMENT TERMS
A non refundable deposit of 50% of the total booking value is required to confirm a reservation. The remaining balance of 50% is due 30 days prior to arrival, or 45 days prior to arrival for prime and peak season bookings.
