Perched high above the coastline in a quiet hillside enclave, San Suk Villa combines modern tropical architecture with uninterrupted views across the sea, the surrounding islands and the green slopes below. Almost every room looks out to the water, and the villa is designed so the boundary between inside and out barely registers, with high vaulted wooden ceilings, floor to ceiling glass walls and open plan living spaces that let the ocean breeze move through the house. Natural timber, stone and hand crafted furnishings give the interiors a calm, grounded feel that suits the setting.
The heart of the villa is the infinity edge pool, which appears to spill straight into the sea, framed by an expansive sun deck with premium loungers and a woven daybed for long, lazy afternoons. Two shaded outdoor pavilions with hand carved wooden furniture offer somewhere cool to retreat to through the day, whether for morning yoga as the sun comes up over the bay, an afternoon with a book, or dinner under the stars with the lights of the coast below.
Across 425 sqm the villa has 4 bedrooms sleeping up to 8 guests, along with an air conditioned open plan living and dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. Full time staff are on site throughout your stay, including a private chef who prepares a complimentary continental breakfast each morning and can cook lunch and dinner at the cost of ingredients, plus a multilingual Guest Manager speaking English, French and Chinese who can arrange everything from restaurant bookings and car hire to boat charters and babysitting. CANCELLATIONS TO RESERVATION
If it becomes necessary to cancel all or any part of the booking, ‘The Villa’ must be notified in writing (email acceptable). The cancellation will take effect from the day the written confirmation is received. The following cancellation charges will be payable depending on when the notification of the cancellation is received in writing, as well as the period of stay in the villa:
All payments received are forfeited; however, the value of the payments received up to the cancellation date will be credited for a maximum period of nine (9) months from the date of the cancellation confirmation by ‘The Villa’. This credit value may be used by the client or anyone on their behalf, for any reservation providing the equivalent season or lower is applied, during any period upon availability and, exclusively for the same villa reserved initially. The credit cannot be applied to a higher rate season than originally booked.
Standard and Prime Seasons: less than 30 days prior to arrival date:
All rental payments are forfeited. Any 9 month credit stated in 1. is only applicable should ‘The Villa’ secure another reservation that covers the initial cancelled reservation.
Xmas Season (Christmas and New Year period):
All rental payments are forfeited. Any 9 month credit stated in 1. is only applicable should ‘The Villa’ secure another reservation that covers the initial cancelled reservation.
The above stated cancellation charges will also apply if ‘The Villa’ is forced to cancel the booking due to non-payment of the balance.
If the dates of the booking require changing or amending, this may be treated as a cancellation of the original booking and cancellation charges may apply.
Any change to the original reservation is subject to an evaluation and approval by ‘The Villa’.
