From the moment you arrive, the view immediately takes centre stage. Step inside and you are welcomed into a spacious open-plan living area where floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors frame endless ocean vistas. On the main level, the impressive master bedroom is an expansive sanctuary with stunning sea views and a luxurious en suite bathroom complete with walk-in shower and soaking bathtub. Descending to the lower level, past a striking natural rock face integrated into the villa's design, you will find three additional spacious bedrooms, each with its own en suite bathroom and beautiful sea views, ensuring comfort and privacy for all guests.
Villa Cholchalee goes far beyond the expected. A private massage room across from the parking area is perfect for in-villa spa treatments, while a dedicated cinema room seats up to 8 guests. One level below, a fully equipped gym and games room complete this exceptional range of facilities.
Live-in staff are on hand to prepare daily breakfast, handle housekeeping, and arrange additional meals upon request, allowing guests to fully relax and enjoy their time in paradise.
Villa Cholchalee is located between Chaweng Beach and Choeng Mon village in the most sought after area of Koh Samui. Chaweng Beach with its shops and nightlife is just five minutes away, while the smaller, quieter and thoroughly charming village of Choeng Mon is a mere two minutes from the villa.
Please note that Villa Cholchalee's spectacular hilltop setting is what gives it such extraordinary views. Access involves a relatively steep road and whilst the villa is accessible by taxi, we recommend an SUV or 4x4 vehicle for a more comfortable arrival. Complimentary round trip airport transfers are included with your stay, and our team is happy to arrange a dedicated driver or transfer vehicle on your behalf at additional cost should you require one during your visit.

CANCELLATIONS TO RESERVATION (Other booking terms and conditions on request)
If it becomes necessary to cancel all r part of a booking,the “villa” must be notified in writing (email acceptable). The cancellation will take effect from the day the written confirmation is received.
The following cancellation charges will be payable depending on when the notification of cancellation is received in writing.
More than 30 days before arrival: The deposit will be forfeited and all other payments will not be refunded, but kept as a credit for 1 year from the date of cancellation as confirmed by the ”villa”. The credit amount can be used by the client or anyone on their behalf for any reservation during any period and solely for the villa reserved.
Less than 30 days before arrival date: All rental payments are forfeited.
In case the deposit was paid and the balance will not be paid, allpayments are forfeited with immediate effect and no notification will be issued.
If the dates of the booking need to be changed or amended, this may be treated as a cancellation of the original booking and cancellation charges may apply.
Any change to the original reservation is subject to the approval of the “villa”
