Set high in the hills above Chaweng, Villa Tiga is a contemporary 4 bedroom retreat with some of the finest views on Koh Samui's east coast. Across 700 sqm of indoor and outdoor space over two levels, the villa opens onto a broad pool terrace where a 17 by 5 metre infinity pool with Balinese tiles takes centre stage, looking out over a 180 degree sweep of sea and coastline. A shaded poolside pavilion with outdoor speakers is the natural place to gather, with sun loungers along the terrace for lazier afternoons.
The lower level holds the fully air conditioned open plan living area, with a large sofa and smart TV, a dining table for shared meals and a fully equipped modern kitchen to the rear. A king bedroom with en suite bathroom sits on this floor too, with its own covered outdoor lounge beside the pool. A floating staircase leads up to the master suite, where a king bed and en suite bathroom are joined by a private plunge pool on the balcony with uninterrupted views out to sea. Two further king bedrooms on the upper floor each have private bathrooms and share a large balcony that catches the same panorama.
Full time staff are on site, with a private chef preparing a complimentary continental breakfast each morning and lunch and dinner available at the cost of ingredients. Return airport transfers are included, and the villa can also be booked as a 2 bedroom option for smaller groups, who still enjoy full private use of the whole property.
Villa Tiga sits on a moderately steep road, so a good car or scooter is recommended, with a 4x4 essential in wet weather. The southern end of Chaweng Beach, with its many restaurants, bars and nightlife, is 2.5km away, Coral Cove is 4.6km to the south, and both Fisherman's Village in Bophut and Lamai Beach are around 7km away.

CANCELLATIONS TO RESERVATION
If it becomes necessary to cancel all or any part of the booking, ‘The Villa’ must be notified in writing (email acceptable). The cancellation will take effect from the day the written confirmation is received. The following cancellation charges will be payable depending on when the notification of the cancellation is received in writing, as well as the period of stay in the villa:
All payments received are forfeited; however, the value of the payments received up to the cancellation date will be credited for a maximum period of nine (9) months from the date of the cancellation confirmation by ‘The Villa’. This credit value may be used by the client or anyone on their behalf, for any reservation providing the equivalent season or lower is applied, during any period upon availability and, exclusively for the same villa reserved initially. The credit cannot be applied to a higher rate season than originally booked.
Standard and Prime Seasons: less than 30 days prior to arrival date:
All rental payments are forfeited. Any 9 month credit stated in 1. is only applicable should ‘The Villa’ secure another reservation that covers the initial cancelled reservation.
Xmas Season (Christmas and New Year period):
All rental payments are forfeited. Any 9 month credit stated in 1. is only applicable should ‘The Villa’ secure another reservation that covers the initial cancelled reservation.
The above stated cancellation charges will also apply if ‘The Villa’ is forced to cancel the booking due to non-payment of the balance.
If the dates of the booking require changing or amending, this may be treated as a cancellation of the original booking and cancellation charges may apply.
Any change to the original reservation is subject to an evaluation and approval by ‘The Villa’.
Any penalty charge for early departure will be subject to negotiation with ‘The Villa
