Three separate King size bedrooms have been beautifully appointed, each benefiting from air conditioning and a dedicated dressing area. Two of the bedrooms enjoy their own ensuite bathrooms, while the third is served by a shared bathroom just in front of it. Outside, the inviting 3 by 7 metre swimming pool takes centre stage, with a terrace and poolside patio furnished with sun loungers and an outdoor dining table for 6, perfect for alfresco meals beneath the Krabi sky.
Unchan Liveliness Pool Villa enjoys a peaceful setting just 3km from the popular Ao Nang beach. Guests will find their own off street parking on arrival, and a hire car can easily be arranged for those wishing to explore further afield. Alternatively, for a reasonable additional cost, Krabi Riviera's own transport service is on hand. Deposit: A 50% deposit is required to confirm your reservation, payable by bank transfer, credit card, PayPal or Alipay. If arrival is less than 2 weeks away, full payment is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 2 weeks before arrival.
Cancellation: Cancellations made more than 30 days before check in incur a 50% fee. Cancellations made 14 days or less before check in, or no shows, are non refundable.
Guests: The maximum guest capacity cannot be exceeded under any circumstances. A full list of all guests must be provided prior to arrival, for registration with Thai immigration.
Damage and Keys: Guests are responsible for any damage to the villa's fixtures, fittings and furnishings, which will be charged accordingly. Villa keys, motorbike keys and the villa mobile phone must be returned to the villa manager on departure. Lost keys are charged THB 1,000 per key, and a lost villa phone is charged THB 4,000.
Check In / Check Out: Check in is from 14:00 and check out is by 12:00. Early check in and late check out are subject to availability. Late check out between 12:00 and 18:00 is charged at 50% of the day's rate, and after 18:00 at 100% of the day's rate.
