Villa Sand is a spacious 5 bedroom luxury beachfront Phuket villa set on a beautiful tranquil beach just north of Phuket in Phang Nga offering unnbeatable panoramic views over the Andaman Sea and you will now you have reached paradse.

This spacious villa has the accommodation all on one level and embraces the indoor/outdoor living concept.

The villa is entered via it's own driveway and the staff quarters are situated on the left of the drive and has it's own entrance.

A hallway leads ino the bright, spacious living area offering a stylish setting to relax or entertain. The indoor living room with floor to ceiling windows can accommodate 10 people around the dining table whilst the sofa area is ideal for lounging back to watch the 65” smart TV. The villa has a NETFLIX account linked up and there is free WIFI throughout the entire house.

The front of the living room opens up to the focal point of the villa which is the vast outside covered terrace overlooking the lush garden and the ocean. A modern style dining table can seat 10 people, and means most meals will be enjoyed ‘al fresco’. A separate lounge area on the covered terrace gives you the chance to sit back and relax whilst you watch the sun go down. The swimming pool is located on the terrace and is surrounded by sun loungers.

There are two master bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms located at the front of the house eiher side of the living areas and with floor to ceiling windows it means a stunning view straight out to the ocean from the comfort of your bed. Two further bedrooms, both with en suite, are set back from the garden and equipped with king size beds and beautifully decorated with the images of the Scandinavian archipelagos.

The kids’ room comes with twin beds with sliding beds underneath, which turn into 4 single beds allowing for a sleepover experience. This room is also equipped with a TV and a PlayStation (upon request), where the kids can retreat to when the sun has gone down. An extra study room with a fold away double bed means that Villa Sand can comfortably host up to 10 adults or 8 adults and 6 children. The extra room is also a perfect addition for any families wishing to bring a nanny with them. The villa is well set up for families with a number of toys, books and baby items and a Tesco Supermarket is just 5 minutes away should you need additional items.

The well maintained garden separates the house from the beach with trees in the centre providing some welcome shade and also a seating area beneath them. There is space to set up a football pitch or badminton court for everyone to enjoy some afternoon activities, or head down to the beach before the sunset for a game of boule. There are also yoga mats available for those who love a sun salutation and meditation early in the morning. A trampoline can also be set up for the children on request

A boathouse located under the garden houses a kayak, windsurf board and boogie boards which are free to use for all guests.

A fully equipped modern kitchen includes a fridge/freezer, gas hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine, toaster and kettle.

We recommend our guests enjoy the local delights from the nearby restaurants within a 5 minute walk from the villa, or take a stroll down the beach to ‘Baba Beach Club’ which serves a wide range of international cuisine from sushi to pizza. If you prefer to enjoy your meals in the comfort of the villa, we have all the restaurant menus available, simply order through our staff and the food will be delivered to your door.

The two friendly full-time staff are there to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Our lovely maid will help with the daily cleaning, setting up and clearing the table before and after mealtimes, laundry and general housekeeping whilst the handyman is there to assist with gardening, pool maintenance and any general problems that may arise during your stay. Additionally, our villa manager will be here to get you settled and is only a phone call away during your stay.
