Ideally positioned between Phuket’s popular Bang Tao and Surin beaches, Villa SeaSiam is a beautifully appointed 3 bedroom villa offering a peaceful retreat with sea views and easy access to some of the island’s most popular beaches, restaurants, beach clubs and shopping. Catch Beach Club, Café del Mar, Porto de Phuket and Boat Avenue are all within easy reach, making the villa a convenient base for enjoying the best of Phuket’s west coast.
The villa has been designed to make the most of indoor and outdoor living, with spacious areas for relaxing, dining and entertaining. At the heart of the outdoor space is a private 8m x 4m infinity pool with a shallow section designed for sun lounging. The surrounding terrace provides plenty of space to relax and enjoy the views, with an outdoor dining area for up to eight guests, BBQ and comfortable seating area complete with a large 86 inch Smart TV.
Inside, the open plan living, dining and kitchen area spans approximately 69 sqm and provides a comfortable gathering space for families and groups. The living area features an additional 86 inch Smart TV and SONOS sound system, while the fully equipped kitchen includes a two door refrigerator, microwave and oven, hob, coffee machine, minibar and washing machine. A second fully equipped outdoor kitchen is also available, providing additional space for meal preparation and making the villa particularly convenient when dining with larger groups or using the villa chef service.
The three bedrooms are comfortably arranged across the villa, with each bedroom offering a king size bed, air conditioning, TV, personal safe and ensuite bathroom. The spacious 45 sqm master bedroom features a private balcony and beautiful sea views. Guest Bedroom 1 measures approximately 40.2 sqm and enjoys views towards the surrounding greenery and seasonal waterfall, while Guest Bedroom 2 measures approximately 34 sqm and also provides a peaceful outlook over the tropical surroundings.
The villa's outdoor areas provide plenty of opportunities to relax throughout the day, whether enjoying breakfast by the pool, cooling off in the infinity pool or gathering for an evening meal and BBQ. The combination of private pool, sea views, spacious terraces and comfortable indoor living makes Villa SeaSiam well suited to families and groups looking for a relaxing Phuket getaway.
Villa SeaSiam is fully supported by a villa team during your stay. Daily service is provided from 8am to 5pm, with chef and maid service available during the day and evening service until 9pm. A Villa Manager is available 24 hours a day to assist guests, while additional late and early service can be arranged on request.
The villa is conveniently located for exploring Phuket's west coast. Surin Beach is approximately 8 minutes away by car, Café del Mar around 10 minutes, Phuket Fantasea approximately 13 minutes and Kamala Beach around 14 minutes. Phuket Airport is approximately 49 minutes away by car.
