Villa Sutra is a contemporary four-bedroom luxury villa perched in the hills above Chaweng on the north-east coast of Koh Samui. Set within a private estate, the villa boasts sweeping panoramic sea views across the Gulf of Thailand and nearby islands, while remaining just a short drive from the vibrant centre of Chaweng.
Completed in 2023, Villa Sutra combines modern architecture with carefully selected artworks and elegant furnishings, creating a refined yet comfortable atmosphere. Expansive indoor and outdoor living spaces are designed to maximise natural light and the spectacular views, providing a seamless connection between the villa’s interiors, terraces, and the infinity pool.
The main living area features oversized sofas and tasteful décor, perfect for relaxing or socialising. Large glass doors open onto the pool terrace, where the 18-metre salt-filtered infinity pool offers uninterrupted sea views. Sun loungers and covered seating areas provide multiple spaces to enjoy the scenery throughout the day.
Dining at Villa Sutra can be enjoyed indoors at the dining table for up to ten guests, or outside on the terrace. A fully equipped kitchen is available, although most guests prefer to indulge in meals prepared by the villa’s private chef, who crafts both Thai and international dishes using fresh, locally sourced ingredients.
For leisure and entertainment, the villa offers a private cinema room with streaming services and PlayStation, a spa area complete with massage bed, sauna, and steam room, and a fully equipped gym featuring a treadmill, weights, and table tennis.
Villa Sutra features four spacious double bedrooms accommodating up to eight guests. Each bedroom includes a king-size bed, air conditioning, Smart TV, wardrobe space, and an en-suite bathroom. The master bedroom on the main level enjoys direct pool access and stunning sea views, with an en-suite bathroom featuring both a rain shower and bathtub, plus a walk-in wardrobe. The second master bedroom on the upper level offers sea and garden views with an en-suite bathroom including a bathtub and shower. Two additional guest bedrooms on the lower levels each feature king-size beds, en-suite bathrooms with rain showers, and private terraces overlooking the gardens.
Guests are supported by a professional villa team, including a villa manager, private chef, and housekeeping staff, ensuring a smooth and comfortable stay. Daily continental breakfast, housekeeping, and complimentary WiFi are included.

Deposit Payment
To guarantee this booking in the first instance, you will be required to pay a deposit equivalent to 30% of the total rental due, or 50% for the Christmas and New Year period.
Balance Payment
Full balance is due at least 30 days prior to arrival.
Last Minute Reservation
In case of reservation within 30 days of arrival, full payment may be requested at once before the arrival date.
Payments may be made in GBP or USD by bank transfer to our nominated company bank account, or through an online payment gateway with your credit card (Visa, MasterCard and Amex). All UK registered credit cards are processed free of charge. All non-UK credit card payments will incur a 3% admin fee.
