- Events fees are applicable above 1.5 times the villa maximum occupancy (subject to 10% service charge and 7% VAT)

- The Event premium fee is for 24hours and additional fee may be applicable for subsequent parties

- Minimum number of nights at full occupancy rate as per season's schedule is required

- A refundable damage deposit of US$ 4,500 (THB150,000) is required to cover any potential damage, payable on site.

- A cleaning fee of up to US$600 may be charged on site to the Guests in case the service of a professional cleaning company

is required

- All fees are due upon balance payment of accommodation

- An ILS endorsed wedding planner using sustainable practices is required to organise the event

- Venue Premium and any other fee are not commissionable

- The event area is NOT covered or enclosed
