Set directly on the sands of Nathon Beach, Villa de Sunset is a west coast hideaway on Koh Samui's calmer side, away from the island's busier eastern coast. Nathon is the island's original town, home to the main pier and a slower, more local rhythm than Chaweng or Bophut, where fishing boats still come in each morning and the walking street fills with food stalls and small shops rather than beach clubs. The 752 sqm beachfront plot offers nearly 50 metres of direct frontage onto the Gulf of Thailand, with a private 9 by 4 metre pool, beachfront pavilion and tropical garden set between the villa and the sea, positioned to catch the sunset views this coastline is known for.

The area is also within easy reach of Lipa Noi Beach, one of the best spots on the island for sunset views, along with Santiburi Golf Club for a round with a view, and Big Buddha Temple further round the coast. Fisherman's Village in Bophut is around 15km away for those wanting a livelier evening out. Villa de Sunset suits families and groups looking for a quieter, sunset facing base on the island, close enough to explore but far enough to properly unwind.

"All payments received will be credited for the same property for a period of 12 months, excluding prime & peak seasons. All payments will be forfeited for any cancellation within 45 days of arrival."

The town of Nathon is the main administrative centre of Koh Samui located on the west coast where local government offices and the state hospital are situated as well as the main car ferry port where the ferry and fast catamarans leave for the mainland and the islands in between. Probably the best tourist shopping on the island compared with the main tourist areas such as Chaweng and Bophut.
