Siritarar Residence is an exceptional beachfront villa on Samui's scenic west coast at Lipa Noi, blending traditional Thai architecture with vintage design to create a peaceful, sustainable haven just steps from the sand. The villa offers six ensuite bedrooms and accommodates up to 14 guests, with an elevated living pavilion, a freshwater pool and a sunset dining terrace.
At the heart of the villa, an elevated living and dining pavilion features classic Southern Thai architecture and antique Burmese teak doors and windows, mere steps from the swimming pool and beach. It houses a comfortable sitting area with a Smart TV, a refectory-style dining table, and a show kitchen with a breakfast bar and windows opening onto the pool and beach. A separate preparation kitchen serves the staff, and a study room with a desk offers a quiet space for attending to business.
The six ensuite bedrooms are spread across the ground and upper floors. The master bedroom sits on the ground floor with a king-sized bed convertible to twins, garden views through louvred doors opening onto a covered veranda and internal courtyard, a large dressing area, and an ensuite with a double travertine sink vanity, free-standing bathtub and separate rain shower. The remaining bedrooms offer king-sized beds convertible to twins, with garden or ocean views, and one ground-floor bedroom provides ramp access for mobility-challenged and elderly guests. Bathrooms throughout are designed in cool, cream ceramic tiles with travertine sink vanities and separate rain showers.
A stunning 14 metre freshwater pool with a shallow end runs the length of the living pavilion almost to the beach, bordered by sun loungers, umbrellas and a tiled terrace for lounging and sunset cocktails. A covered recreation area offers table tennis and foosball as well as space for massages and spa treatments, while the fully equipped gym overlooks the beachfront gardens. The extensive beachfront garden, serviced by its own kitchens and with a separate entrance and reception area, is an outstanding venue for weddings and private celebrations.
Siritarar's location at Lipa Noi opens up the best of Samui's west coast. The peaceful, rural setting is perfect for long beach walks and bicycle rides past coconut plantations and traditional fishing villages, with a crop of relaxed beachfront restaurants and cafes nearby for sunset cocktails. Just offshore lies Ang Thong National Marine Park, a cluster of more than 40 limestone islands ideal for a day of snorkelling, kayaking and exploring hidden coves. Further afield, guests can visit the ethical Elephant Haven in Bophut, browse the lively Fisherman's Village night market, play a round at the championship Santiburi golf course, or take a Southern Thai cooking class. The international airport and the buzz of Chaweng are an easy drive away, while the villa manager is on hand to arrange any offsite experience.
Great effort has been taken to make the villa a model of conservation and sustainability, from recycled wood and eco-friendly building materials to the special Naked Fresh water in the swimming pool, energy and water conservation, and a zero-waste recycling policy.
