This 8 bedroom luxurious villa can sleeps up to a max of 16 adults and up to 2 children and a stay at Baan Kilee is like checking into your own private resort. 

Expansive open spaces merge with each other and the villa takes advantage of the 30m beach frontage and lawn, beachfront dining area, a communal world class gym, a childrens playground and 3 different pool sections including a baby pool. 

Baan Kilee is perfect for familes travelling with toddlers and young children as well as to enjoy a stay with friends and family for special mllestone celebrations, reunions and not forgetting the amazing sunsets that create a perfect backdrop for a destination wedding.

As you enter this expansive villa through a large sliding gate it provides one of the most grandiose entrances /reception areas on Samui. The area houses formal indoor dining and is a spectacuar place to entertain friends with a large wooden table seating 16 and more. This is accompanied by 2 swing seats suspended from chains perfect for an aperitif or digestif. Outdoor dining can also be enjoyed on the beach beside the coconut trees and under the stars. 

The master bedroom is also located in this building on the upper floor and features a balcony with views of the whole of the villa towards the swimming pool and the ocean beyond. The suite is furnished with a king size bed and large en suite bathroom. There is also a separate kiddies bedroom within the master suite providing additional sleeping arrangements for 2/3 children.

Either side of this building are two large twin bedroom en suites (can be made up as doubles). Both have specially designed drop-down steps connecting to loft rooms that can accommodate 2 adultsi each who are comfortable with sharing bahrooms with the main bedroom suites and are ideal for children aged 7/8 yrs upwards and are familiar with ladders. There is a trapdoor at the top for safety however should children prefer to not use the lofts they can sleep downstairs on mattresses brought down from the lofts.

Moving down through the gardens there are two further double bedrooms located on the right hand side in separate pavilions both with sea and pool views and separated by an internal garden area and a lockable connecting door if required. The bedroom closest to the beach is considered the 2nd master as it also has a small separate area with 2  single beds for children.

The majority of the living areas are located on the left hand side of the villa gardens and include a double size kitchen, lounge and casual dining room - a great hang out place where breakfast is usually taken. Floor to ceiling slide back glass doors offer tropical indoor/outdoor living at it's best. An AV room with a 2m projector screen, a large DVD /CD library and a surround sound system provides an escape from the hot sun to enjoy movies

The huge 22m swimming pool and the surround is set up for pure relaxation. There are sun loungers submerged within the main swimming pool and the sundeck is furnished with an abundance of sun loungers with parasols and comfortable sofas in addition to the internal living areas already mentioned.

Children will love this villa because it comes with its own 3m x 4m kiddies pool, a baby pool by the playground and an extensive toy library

Some special features add significantly to the appeal for those who choose to indulge at Baan Kilee.

Next to the main pool, guests can sip cocktails while sitting on sunken stools in a smaller pool with its own bar and pull-down projection screen. This is surely one of the very few villas on Koh Samui where films can be enjoyed in the pool.

There is also a barbeque pit, as well as the large aforementioned double kitchen that allows for several chefs to work simultaneously and thus prepare enough food for a banquet.

And if wellness is important to you, Baan Kilee prides itself on a wellness menu and an array of activities to ensure you’re in tip top shape. Be it yoga, meditation or a PT class, all can be done. The lawn in front of the pool is the perfect spot for morning yoga and meditation, with shade from the coconut trees and an unbeatable view of the ocean.

Water activities are provide for with two kayaks (1 double seat and one single seat) shared with the neighbouring villa Baan Ora Chon as well as 2 paddle boards, kids windsurf, water polo and volleyball. Additionl facilities include table tennis, crocquet, lawn bowl and a yoga area.

Weddings & Events

Due to the position of Baan Kilee on the beautiful west coast of Koh Samui with a stunning backdrop of the famous 5 Islands and the villa being able to accommodate extended families, Baan Kilee is probably our most popular wedding & event villa.

Any event at Baan Kilee with over 25 attending is classed as an event. 

The villa willl charge an event fee of US$ 1,200 + 7% tax for up to a max of 80 persons and US$ 1,500 .

Any "event" will also require an event planner on site and we shall be pleased to provide the contact details for our recommended approved planners on request. 

No event fee is payable if under 25 persons.
