Talay Naiharn Villa is a garden villa set in expansive grounds providing large social areas inside and out and accommodating up to 24 persons in 2 separate buildings
Just 2 km to Nai Harn beach the villa has 10 en-suite bedrooms, 2 pools, children bedrooms, games rooms, pool table, fitness room w/ sauna and an underground spa with a sauna, steam & treatment rooms. The large tropical grounds provide privacy & comfort in all the outdoor dining, around the pool bar.
A tropical pathway with Koy ponds leads to the front garden with expansive terraces, outdoor dining, pool table upper terrace and the children swimming pool
The main villa and villa annexe surround the central swimming pool court with pool bar and outdoor dining.
The villa annexe accommodates 4 bedrooms suites all with private terraces on the 2nd and 3rd floors overlooking the large open central court and swimming pool and pool bar plus a loft penthouse family unit. The annexe can accommodate up to 16 guests ( including 4 roll away beds at additional charge).
The main villa ground floor accommodates bedrooms 6, 7 & 8 and the upper floor accommodates bedrooms 9 and 10 which is the master suite and connecting childrens room sleeping up to 6 children
The large sitting & dining room, games / cinema room and kitchen are also on the ground floor of the main building
Senior friendly, this ground floor flows from the swimming pool central court to the indoor lounge, and outside to the front garden, terraces and children’s swimming pool.
The large expansive grounds provides a perfect venue for a wedding or other event for up to 150 persons
Talay Nai Harn Villa is about a 30 minute walk to Nai Harn beach or a 6 minute drive. Markets, restaurants and other amenities are within 6 - 7 minutes walk
