Baan Ban Buri villa is located at the end of Bophut beach on the popular north coast of Koh Samui within walking distance of beach restaurant. The villa is within 5 minutes drive from Bophut Village with it's oceanside fine dining and quaint shop houses not forgetting walking street on a Friday night with an abundance of stalls with goods on display
The home is a stylish and fully air-conditioned 3-4 bedroom Koh Samui holiday beachfront villa set within the secure gated Dhevatara Residence compound, located on the western end of Bophut beach, within easy reach of a restaurants, bars, and spas to enjoy your vacation. Entered through double wooden gates that lead to a private courtyard, the villa is designed in several detached shingle-roofed pavilions for enhanced privacy.
A central pathway leads through the property to the beachfront swimming pool and main living area. The blue-tiled swimming pool is surrounded by grass lawn, and a sun-deck furnished with modern loungers. At the far end of the swimming pool is a shady sala pavilion, from where stairs lead down to the private gated entrance to the beach. The air-conditioned living pavilion features foldaway glass walls for a seamless indoor-outdoor living effect, and opens directly onto the pool deck and sea views.
A comfortable lounge area includes sofas and a coffee table facing a large wall-mounted LCD TV with DVD and satellite service. Behind the living room is a dining room with glass walls and sea views across the lounge area. A water-feature with stepping stones leads to the modern, fully equipped kitchen in the next pavilion to the rear. A second outdoor Thai-style kitchen is located off the fitted kitchen, and is ideal for BBQs and wok-fried Oriental dishes.
The villa's 4 en-suite air-conditioned bedrooms are comfortable and private, each with a dressing area and TV/DVD. There are 3 double bedrooms and 1 twin bedroom, sleeping up to 8 guests. The en-suite bathrooms all include large walk-in showers, while the master bedroom suite features an additional tub set in a wooden platform. Complimentary WiFi internet service is provided throughout the property, which also has a back-up generator.

Cancellation and Amendments to Reservation
If it becomes necessary to cancel the whole or any part of the booking by the Guests, IPSL must be notified in writing in advance (email is acceptable). The cancellation will take effect from the date of the written confirmation is received by IPSL.

Bophut is located in the north of Koh Samui between Big Buddha and Maenam and it is considered a popular place to stay near to or visit and a good compromise between the hustle and bustle of the larger east and south east coast towns and the more tranquil setting of the south and west coasts.
Whereas Fisherman's Village in Bophut has been famous for its Friday night walking street market, since Covid days the village now supports a night market every night. This is not held in the village main street as previously but starts in a side street towards the west end of the village and through to the Koh Samui ring road. Here you will find about 1/2 mile of the street lined on both sides with vendors selling watches, clothing, handbags, jewelry and much more with live music entertainment and a cocktail area in the middle and a host of street food stalls towards the end. A welcome change has seen the road into the village blocked for vehicles from 6pm each evening so that walkers can enjoy the shops and restaurants safely without having to stop and move to the side.
