Baan Feung Fah is an exclusive beachfront villa situated in the prestigious Dhevatara Residence combines everything you need for an unforgettable Koh Samui experience.
Walk through the doors and you arrive in a private luxury haven.Each pavilion is modern looking with a two-tiered wood shingle roof that provides an authentic Thai feeling and makes the property look at home in this beachfront location.
To the right of the entrance is the first double bedroom which has cool green cushions and throws contrasted with an orange painting positioned above the bed. Comfortable furniture sits on the white tiled and polished teak inlaid floor. This room has sliding glass doors to the front and rear making it a very light and airy space.
Every part of the outdoor space has been expertly planted and landscaped to provide the eye with something of interest everywhere you look. This also creates a very appropriate tropical feeling.
Opposite the first bedroom is another pavilion housing bedrooms two and three.
Crossing back over the central pathway there's the kitchen and dining pavilion positioned in front of bedroom one. In here redwood units are topped with high gloss black surfaces. Wooden units are complimented with natural stone walls and chrome high-end appliances. There's a long central island feature which has the sinks on the kitchen side and doubles as a raised breakfast bar on the other side.
This is a very informal, social and comfortable room, there's a door leading to an outdoor Thai-style kitchen and there's also a guest bathroom.
From the kitchen rear sliding glass doors open into a wonderful water feature which fills the space between this and the main living pavilion. Stepping stones take you over the planted pond, under the wooden sala style pagoda and directly into the charming open-plan dining and living area.
A large teak dining table matches well with the polished wooden floors. All this is complemented by sheer white drapes and bright white walls giving a contemporary yet natural ambience.
Walking through into the lounge area the floor is finished with high gloss white tiles and the furniture remains of natural materials such as wood, water hyacinth and plush cream cottons.
On the opposite side of the pathway is the master-suite. It's a detached pavilion with a beautiful teak four-poster bed complete with romantic white drapes.A flat screen TV occupies a corner unit and a dressing area and heavy sliding wooden doors leading into a phenomenal en-suite bathroom
Directly opposite the doors is a recessed area lined with natural sandstone. There's a clear skylight and a raised bathtub from where you can lie and look directly through the bedroom and out to the ocean.
Running across the front of the master-suite and the living pavilion is a decked sun terrace, blue tiled infinity swimming pool and a large sala with all-weather outdoor furniture which is approached via stepping stones sunken into the pool. From there steps lead down to the private beach access and directly onto the white sand of Bo Phut beach.
Dhevatara Residence is situated near the very end of Bo Phut beach and therefore this lovely stretch of sand remains extremely peaceful and free from the sellers and tourists from the resorts further along the bay.
This is a secluded and tranquil spot and Baan Feung Fah provides the ultimate accommodation to enjoy a beachfront stay on the island. It's an intimate and very private property which is well designed to maximize the amazing beachfront location and provide a luxurious environment in a natural, tropical setting.

2. CANCELLATION AND AMENDMENTS TO RESERVATION
If it becomes necessary to cancel the whole or any part of the booking by the Guests, IPSL must be notified in writing in advance (email is acceptable). The cancellation will take effect from the date of the written confirmation is received by IPSL.
The following cancellation charges will be applied depending on when the notification of the cancellation is received in writing by IPSL and the period of stay in the Villa by the Guests:
Standard and Peak Seasons:
If the cancellation is made thirty (30) days or more before the arrival date, all payments made are forfeited but credited for nine (9) months from the date of the cancellation confirmation by IPSL reservation department. The credit value can be used by the client or anyone on their behalf for the same or lower seasonal rates period, subject to availability and solely for the Villa initially reserved.
If the cancellation is made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, all payments made are forfeited. A full or partial refund is solely applicable in the event that IPSL secures another reservation covering partially or fully the initial cancelled reservation
Christmas and New Year Period:
For any cancellation after the deposit and/or balance payment, all payments are forfeited and a full or partial refund is solely applicable in the event that IPSL secures another reservation covering partially or fully the initial and cancelled reservation.
The above cancellation charges also apply if IPSL cancels the booking due to non-payment of the balance. If the dates of the booking require to be changed or amended, this may be treated as a cancellation of the original booking and cancellation charges may apply.Any change to the original reservation is subject to the approval of IPSL. An early departure penalty will be subject to negotiation with IPSL local Representative's Manager.
Relaxed Cancellation Policy during COVID-19 Period (Updated as of July 2021)
We understand that flexibility is required given the impact Coronavirus has on travel. In the event where your trip is disrupted due to COVID-19, the below terms and conditions apply:
Should you wish to cancel your booking, we will supply you with the necessary paperwork to file a claim with your travel insurance. If you are not covered by travel insurance, please refer to the policies on our managed villas below in the event your trip is disrupted.
For existing bookings before 1st of July 2021, the prior cancellation policies apply. If the booking arrival date is more than thirty (30) days, you are given the flexibility to postpone the booking and convert it into credit:
- for up to twelve (12) months from initial arrival date if outstanding balance is fully pai - for up to nine (9) months from date of cancellation if outstanding balance is not yet paid
For new bookings from 1st of July 2021 onwards:
Cancellations made more than thirty (30) days before the date of arrival are eligible for a credit note for up to twelve (12) months from your original arrival date OR a cash refund of eighty percent (80%). Cancellations made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date will be converte into a credit note for up to twelve (12) months from your original arrival date – no cash refund.
For peak season bookings: If you cancel anytime due to a COVID-related event you will be provided with twelve (12) months credit from the original arrival date – no cash refund.
We will refund your booking or provide a credit note based on the following conditions:
Your country of residence issues a travel ban or a warning of ‘Do not travel’ (or the equivalent) to the destination booked; Your flight is cancelled and alternatives are not available; There is a government-enforced quarantine upon your return from one of our destinations.
Terms and Conditions: Proof will be required before confirming eligibility to this clause. Cash refund will be minus any fees that may be incurred for international remittance if requested. Credit Note allows you to rebook the same villa during the same rate period (season) within twelve (12) months of your original arrival date. You may confirm your travel dates at a later point in time, as long as the stay is completed within twelve (12) months of the original check-in date. The minimum length of stay shall also follow the period of the new dates; Policy for new bookings apply for selected managed villas; Extension of credit note validity may be requested subject to approval.
Bophut is located in the north of Koh Samui between Big Buddha and Maenam and it is considered a popular place to stay or visit and a good compromise between the hustle and bustle of the larger east coat towns and the more tranquil setting of the south and west coasts. Most famous for it’s Friday night walking street market which is well worth a visit.
