Ban Bua Swan is a beautiful 4 bedroom villa set within an exclusive luxury beach side estate located at one end of popular Bophut beach Koh Samui. The tasteful décor of the villa is of contemporary style with touches of Asian theme with many interesting wall hangings and artifacts
The accommodation in this stunning villa is spread over 3 floors with 1 double bedroom en suite on the ground floor, the living areas and 2 further double bedrooms en-suite on the first floor and the master suite on the upper floor.
The double bedroom en suite on the ground level features a glass wall of sliding doors leading into an attractive inner garden and atrium.
A staircase leads up to the middle level and to the cool blue infinity edge pool with a wooden deck surround furnished with cushioned sun loungers and parasols.
Sliding doors fronting the whole of the sundeck lead into the open plan living room with comfortable sofas in the lounge area and a teak table with seating for 8 persons in the dining area.
Beyond the dining area is a fully equipped western kitchen with a central island doubling up as a breakfast bar. The lounge area has a LCD flat screen TV and from all areas on this level there is amazing views of the pool and sea.
There are 2 bedrooms on this level both of which have sliding doors to the pool deck and one also have a sea view.
The master suite on the upper floor has a private lounge and office area. There is a canopied 4 poster bed which faces out to a panoramic sea view.
Baan Bua Sawan is in the safe environment of Dhevatara Residence and is ideal for a large family or group of friends being conveniently located to the amenities of Koh Samui however due to the infinity edge of the pool Baan Bua Sawan is not suitable for children under 12.

Cancellation and Amendments to Reservation
If it becomes necessary to cancel the whole or any part of the booking by the Guests, IPSL must be notified in writing in advance (email is acceptable). The cancellation will take effect from the date of the written confirmation is received by IPSL.
The following cancellation charges will be applied depending on when the notification of the cancellation is received in writing by IPSL and the period of stay in the Villa by the Guests:

Bophut is located in the north of Koh Samui between Big Buddha and Maenam and it is considered a popular place to stay near to or visit and a good compromise between the hustle and bustle of the larger east and south east coast towns and the more tranquil setting of the south and west coasts.
Whereas Fisherman's Village in Bophut has been famous for its Friday night walking street market, since Covid days the village now supports a night market every night. This is not held in the village main street as previously but starts in a side street towards the west end of the village and through to the Koh Samui ring road. Here you will find about 1/2 mile of the street lined on both sides with vendors selling watches, clothing, handbags, jewelry and much more with live music entertainment and a cocktail area in the middle and a host of street food stalls towards the end. A welcome change has seen the road into the village blocked for vehicles from 6pm each evening so that walkers can enjoy the shops and restaurants safely without having to stop and move to the side.
Baan Kohia is an expansive contemporary style 4 bedroom Koh Samui villa and just 5 minutes away from the bustle of the famous Chaweng strip and stunning beach. With wonderful views the villa is centrally located for all tourust spots. Reduced rates for 3 bedroom occupancy only with exclusive use of the villa.
