Baan Ratree is a contemporary designed 4 bedroom sea view villa overlooking the northeastern coast. Set within the secure gated Dhevatara Residence compound, Baan Ratree is located on the western end of Bophut beach, within easy reach of restaurants, bars, and spas.
Spread over three levels, the open-plan villa is finished and decorated in high quality furnishings, neutral tones, colourful artwork, and natural materials. Its focal point is undoubtedly the large indoor/outdoor living and dining areas which reveal the sun deck, sparkling blue infinity pool and ocean beyond by way of its sliding glass doors. The lounge area features comfortable sofas are arranged around a coffee table, facing a wall hung Smart TV. A teak dining table seating 8 overlooks the sea views. Beyond the dining area is a fully fitted western kitchen with wooden units, black surfaces and chrome appliances. A central island feature doubles as a breakfast bar.
The villa's 4 en-suite air-conditioned bedrooms are comfortable and private. There are 3 double bedrooms and 1 twin bedroom, sleeping up to 8 guests.with the master bedroom featuring a separate dressing area and en-suite with double vanity, sunken bathtub and a separate shower whilst the guest bedrooms each have their own TV and en-suite bathroom. The en-suites bathrooms all include large walk-in showers, while the master bedroom suite features an additional free-standing tub.
The villa offers soothing views of the sea and nearby islands, spacious bedrooms and complete modern amenities. Plus, Baan Ratree is located approximately 15 minutes away from Samui International Airport and a short distance from popular Fisherman's Village with a great choice of international restaurants, bars, chill out coffee bars, boutique shopping and beauty spa's. CANCELLATION AND AMENDMENTS TO RESERVATION
The following cancellation charges will be applied depending on when the notification of the cancellation is received in writing by SVH and the period of stay in the Villa by the Guests:

3.1 Amendments
An admin fee of USD 50 will apply in the event of refund and amendment to reservation. The above cancellation charges also apply if SVH cancels the booking due to non-payment of the balance. If the dates of the booking require to be changed or amended, this may be treated as a cancellation of the original booking and cancellation charges may apply.
Any change to the original reservation is subject to the approval of SVH. An early departure penalty will be subject to negotiation with SVH local Representative's Manager.
3.2 Relaxed Cancellation Policy during COVID-19 Period
We understand that flexibility is required given the impact Coronavirus has on travel. In the event where your trip is disrupted due to COVID-19-related flight cancellations or travel restrictions, the below terms and conditions apply:

Bophut is located in the north of Koh Samui between Big Buddha and Maenam and it is considered a popular place to stay near to or visit and a good compromise between the hustle and bustle of the larger east and south east coast towns and the more tranquil setting of the south and west coasts.
Whereas Fisherman's Village in Bophut has been famous for its Friday night walking street market, since Covid days the village now supports a night market every night. This is not held in the village main street as previously but starts in a side street towards the west end of the village and through to the Koh Samui ring road. Here you will find about 1/2 mile of the street lined on both sides with vendors selling watches, clothing, handbags, jewelry and much more with live music entertainment and a cocktail area in the middle and a host of street food stalls towards the end. A welcome change has seen the road into the village blocked for vehicles from 6pm each evening so that walkers can enjoy the shops and restaurants safely without having to stop and move to the side.
Baan Bua Sawan is a 2-4 bedroom sea view villa in Koh Samui with an infinity edge pool, located on the second row overlooking Bophut Beach. Just a 5-minute drive from Fisherman’s Village, it offers reduced rates for 2- and 3-bedroom occupancy with exclusive use of the villa.
Baan Maliwan is a sea view Koh Samui villa on an exclusive beachside development just a few yards from the beach and 5 minutes drive to Fisherman's Village, Bophut. Reduced nightly rates for 2 bedroom occupancy only with exclusive use of the villa.
